Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay here. The home was very inviting and had plenty of room for all of us. It was close to everything. The house was stocked with pretty much everything you needed. The host was very responsive with any questions or requests we had. Had a great time and memorable Christmas family trip. Just one thing, the king bedroom bathroom jacuzzi tub did not work but that is it. A simple fix I’m sure.

This place was perfect for our family! We were hiking a lot, so the hot tub was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked, so we cooked at home most of the time. They were very responsive when we needed a couple of things and let us check in early! One thing I would say is that the deck/rails were needing some attention and the pillows were old and stained. Other than that, our stay was perfect, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful property in a perfect location!

This home was wonderful—perfect for families of all ages, with plenty to do and an unbeatable location. While there are quite a few stairs, the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms (plus a jacuzzi tub!) more than make up for it. After a long day of shopping, it was the ideal place to come back to—cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again!

Worked for us

It was a nice rental and all of our party had a nice time. I would not recommend it for someone who has trouble with stairs, as it was a very vertical oriented mountain home. Also, get a toaster.

Great location for family summer trip

We just returned from a weeklong stay at this property over Fourth of July. We had two families with children ranging from ages 9 to 14. This location was perfect. We could walk to the gondola to get up to all the activities on peak 8 and walk into town very easily. The several balconies, hot tub, and decks gave us lots of opportunity to enjoy the scenery. There is plenty of room to congregate and have meals together while still allowing everyone to have their separate space to sleep. There was some construction on the road to the building. But once we figured out how to walk around it, it was no big deal. We had two maintenance request when we first arrived, and they were dealt with immediately. This property and its management did a wonderful job. We would definitely return.

What a great location and ski destination. We have visited the town regularly for almost 30 years - Nothing has changed , service , the snow and ski experience. All second to non and in step with modern expectations without losing any of the endearing character of the town.

The home was amazing! It was a short walk to everything!We celebrated 2 birthdays there and so enjoyed the hot tub! Loved Breckenridge and will be back! Hopefully to your place!!

Breck place in Breck I’ve ever stayed

We have actually been to Breck for the last 3 years. And this year was definitely our favorite. The house was very nice and clean and extremely convenient to get to slopes. There’s a run called ski back to gondola that has a cut off that spits you out right next to the house. This was the main reason we chose this place. Definitely recommend this place to large family’s. There was 5 of us all over 6’ tall and everyone had a comfortable bed and comfortable spot to chill in living room. We will be back!!!

Great location in Breckenridge. 10 min walk to gondola. Ski down to street the house is on. Suggest renting skis in town if you rent.

Incredibly Cozy Perfectly Located

Our family Christmas stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful! The space is incredibly cozy and perfectly located—close to downtown and just a short distance to the ski slopes. We didn’t need to drive anywhere, which made our vacation even more relaxing.One of the highlights was how well-stocked the house was. They provided essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and bathroom products, which meant we didn’t need to rush out to grocery shop right after arriving. It allowed us to settle in and unwind right away.The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, and our adult kids couldn’t get enough of the golf arcade game. It truly added to the fun of our stay!We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and well-thought-out place to stay.

Great Location, Nice house

The house was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The location was very close to town and the town gondola. The host was responsive to rectify a minor issue and accommodated an early check in. The HVAC in the house seems to be a bit off and may need recalibration as certain rooms were incredibly warm (e.g. the primary bedroom and bathroom) where we had to crack the windows. Not a big deal...

Hot tub issues

The rental property was great. It was close to town in a quiet neighborhood. Communication was easy with the contact. However we rented this specifically to use the hot tub and it ended up being broken. Most of the party had looked forward to using it. For this reason I chose to do 4 stars vs 5. Other than the hot tub issue, I’d highly likely stay there again.

Our stay was great. Location was within walking distance to downtown, the grocery store, gondola and trails. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the cabin feel of the condo.

town home has it all

Ideal location, walking distance to town, city market, well stocked kitchen, large rooms with comfortable beds, nice amenities. Property Manager responds quickly to any questions. Our family had a great time staying here and would definitely stay again.

7 adults fit well in house. Very close to everything. Minimal tv channels/ small TV. Could use some small amenities to get you started. Hot tub could use cleaning. Upstairs second bathroom drain slow/clogged.

Beautiful moutain house

This house is beautiful! Perfect location. Everything was within 10 mins walking distance. Hot tub and washer/dryer was a major plus. Book this house. You won't regret it.

Great location, very nice place

This was great for the group. You can walk across the street and take the gondola to peak 8. Hot tub was a nice addition. We had an issue with water temperature in the shower, but place was great regardless
