We had such a lovely stay! This is a beautiful place and made our trip so much fun! There’s a forested walking trail right behind the house, and the location is so close to everything on Peak 8. It was perfect for our group of 7, and the hosts were super responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend!

The property was clean and inviting, and it met the needs of our 3-generation family quite well. It's a quiet neighborhood, with a hiking trail adjacent to the property. Hot tub was appreciated. Good place to call home during our time in Breckenridge!

Great location for skiing, shuttle buses, grocery store. It was a beautiful, spacious home for our family; the hot tub was fabulous, also a well-stocked kitchen; thanks for a great vacation!

The property was just what we had expected and met our needs in every way. We were very pleased with the accommodations. There was a bit of a hick-up on the check-in side of things. Although my second payment had been made weeks before our date for arrival at the property, the VRBO site kept telling us that the second payment was past due, even up to the day before we were to arrive. A few phone calls cleared up the problem, but it was a bit disconcerting.

Incredible location for peak 8 and town access. House was impeccable for 2 families with 3 kids. Really enjoyed our time, and will come back.

The he house presents well and is situated in a beautiful setting. The kitchen is stocked and the towels are nice and fluffy. There are additional amenities around the house to help your stay. Upon first sight, it was very cleanly. However, we felt that the house is a bit worn in places and needs some updates. I never sat on the couch, but all 4 four of my adult guests said it had a bad odor so probably needs replaced or maybe the leather can be cleaned. It was pretty worn since it is the major piece of furniture. All the showers, including the tub shower, backed up with a lot of water when used. Kinda gross. We reported it and asked them to fix it for the next guests. The house itself retains heat which is good for the winter, but in this interim period it was quite hot. We opened the windows, but the breeze was not there to help out. The first night, no one slept because it was so hot. The house has no air conditioning which I would expect, but not angled for the breeze to catch either.

Mountain bliss

Great location, very clean, well equipped and very quick response from management company. If you go in the winter 4 wheel drive is a must as it is up the hill and close to the slopes!

Looked exactly as website showed it. Kirchen was fully stocked with every cooking gadget you'd ever need. Plenty of pots, pans & dishes. Big enough to provide privacy for every member of our family of nine. Within easy walking distance of bus pickup & Nordic Center. We had a Great time & will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for giving me the ability to have all my adult children & grandkids under the same roof. Just what this Mama's heart needed.

Beautiful home in a wonderful location!! Huge trees right behind the house - felt like being in the mountains. There was 10 of us total and it slept all of us comfortably!! Very close to the Nordic Center - where you can catch the bus to downtown Breckenridge or to the Ski Resort. We did need to contact the property manager and received an immediate response! It snowed while we were there and the property manager had snow removal already set up. Had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the weekend!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice Location, clean and close to Peak 8

2 families for a week long ski trip. The place is in a great location. Not far from town or Peak 8. The bus stop outside the Nordic Center was a very short walk. Getting into the garage was a bit of an adventure, but would have been easier if we had a 4 wheel drive car. Overall great stay.

Perfect family house

Beautiful house, with beautiful scenery, perfect for family group of 8-10. Everything you need is super close to the house. Definitely recommend. Only note is hard to breathe at night which I think is normal if you’re not used to the altitude.

The high-altitude can take a little getting used to, especially for first-time visitors. We always recommend staying extra hydrated and taking it easy the first day or two if you’re not able to acclimate down in Denver at a lower altitude. The heat system uses radiant heat. We had a hard time cooling the downstairs in September. Great location to get to and from downtown Breckenridge. Having the free bus ride a 7-10 min walk from house allowed us to have a great time without the worry of parking.

Definitely not up to par for the price paid. Firat day the water heater was out. After a long day of traveling plus snowy and rainy weather my entire family was looking forward to shower before bed. But was unable to, the "24hr number" is just them taking a mesage and them contacting the next day. From there they called me in the morning asking me if they fixed it. So communication throughout the whole trip was a mess. 510 cleaning fee but there was dry wall on the floor near power outlets. Spiderwebbs hanging from cieling. I mean for such a crazy cleaning im not asking for the red carpet but come on. Cant even sweep? Other than that it was a nice location and great view.
