Welcome to your Rockies Retreat, 2 BR 2 BA condo, located in the heart of Canmore!

*** During the month of May and June, our building will undergo renovations.

The contractors will do their best to work with residents and guests. Inevitably there will be some dust and noise, and the contractors will diligently do their best to keep these to a minimum. Please be cautious and watch your step during construction.***

We love our place in all seasons, with its amazing pool and hot tub, and easy access to hiking, biking, skiing, and the shops, pubs and grub in and around Canmore! Great family unit. Located near the hub, with amenities within walking distance. Wake up with your coffee supplied by local Eclipse Coffee, and smell the fresh scents of our Rocky Mountain Soap Company soaps and shower products.


*To respect our cleaner’s and arriving guests’ schedules, please do not request early check ins and/or late check outs and be mindful of the check in (4:00pm) and check out (11:00am) times.

**We will charge an additional cleaning fee for stays of 10 days and longer.

**We are not responsible for items left behind in the unit. We will not mail or ship any forgotten item.

Clean room, comfortable beds, great location for walking access to downtown and riverside. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub were the favourites for the whole family.

Great Location

We had a great stay, check-in process was so easy and having an underground parking stall was fantastic. The apartment had everything we needed and our 7 year old loved the pool. We especially loved the location, being only a short walk into town. We’d happily stay again!

Great Location

We had a quick stop in Canmore and this condo was perfect to wind down after a long day exploring. It comfortably fit my two grown boys wife and I.

Perfection

You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into this property. It literally had everything we needed and more. The restaurant down below was a perfect walk in case we didn’t want to cook. And the kids loved the swimming pool area. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful condo!

We had a wonderful time! It was a great little condo! It had everything we could need for a couple nights away. The delicious coffee and chocolate, the lovely soaps and the games were all an amazing perk. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer was a bonus when my son’s coat needed a quick wash. The communication was fast too! We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Canmore acts as gateway to the Rockies

Canmore is a lovely town. Lots of hiking trails and close to Banff National Park. Unit was central, safe and clean. Had everything you might need. The pool and hot tub were well used. Great place to call home for a holiday

Great location and pool

The place was exactly as advertised. The pool is great (although the water slide was a bit fast for our shy little one), and the indoor/outdoor hot tub is great on a chilly day. We love going across the street for bagels in the morning, and like that you can walk almost anywhere from the unit. Tv took a bit of fiddling with to get it connected, but we figured it out. It would have been nice to have a tv in the primary bedroom. Great stay and we will be back!

Great weekend

Just got back. Great unit easy to get around. Parking was great. I have a truck so sometimes it’s an issue, but not here. It’s lively complex big kids pool so the pool area is busy. Restaurant in the complex was good. Thanks for sharing your unit. Mike

Fabulous unit

We had a fabulous vacation with my parents. It was their dream to visit the Rockies in Banff. You helped realize their dream. The condo was fully stocked with a lot of extras ( salt, pepper, spices, coffee, filters, foil, ziploc bags, games, books, movies…) The communication with Mari was also very easy and fast. Great home base for exploring the area

Canmore is a cute little town and we used it as a home base to explore Banff and Lake Louise. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more, and we fit our family of 5 no problem. Owner very responsive to questions. We would come back!

We're from Calgary and have played for decades (at least the older of us) in the Canadian Rockies. We love skiing, biking, hiking, disc golf, sitting on a pub patio, and all the amazing things Canmore offers! We also travel frequently and use short-term accommodations ourselves, so we wish to provide a class experience to our guests as we have enjoyed with other hosts. Our property co-host, Jorge, will take great care of you!

When we are not renting our property, we use it just as you will - as a relaxing family getaway in the beautiful mountains. It is our Rockies Retreat. There are outdoor (and indoor) things to do in all seasons, and our unit offers a well-appointed experience as well as the family friendly pool, hot tub and water slide. We can't cover all the things you can do from this jumping off point, from skating on a mountain lake, world class skiing, walking with wolf dogs, having a cold one on a pub patio with a view that's to die for, and a thousand things more. Come stay and find out!

We love how convenient this location is to walking & bike paths, grocery stores, and our favourite restaurants and bakeries. We usually walk to any in-town destinations. The kids love the bike pump track out back, and you are often able to see elk in the undeveloped areas near to the building, not to mention bunnies.
