Summary:

Have fun with your travel group at our stylish modern 3 bedroom unit. Walk out the door and you are absolute beachfront. Under cover car park, full kitchen facilities, walk in shower, dining, lounge areas and a gorgeous outdoor entertaining area. Full ocean views from the main bedroom, lounge, dining and kitchen. Nespresso coffee machine, beach towels provided for use. Tap filtered water, games, use of stand up paddle board and 2 person kayak. 3 units available Sandy feet 1,2,3 for groups.

The Neighborhood:

We are 10m from the bike track / walking track that takes you all the way to North Haven, for all your exercise needs. Beach entry 10m from your door, please do not climb over the dunes. Semaphore Surf club is a 10 minute walk where you can enjoy meals and drinks on Thursday and Friday nights enjoying the awesome sunset views from the deck. Crux coffee shop is a 5 minute walk based on Military Road and the block of shops have a Hairdresser and Massage therapist. West lakes shopping centre is a 5 minute drive or you can catch the bus on Military road. Point Malcolm reserve has tennis courts, basketball court, playground and free bbqs for use and undercover picnic tables. 32 minute walk to Semaphore Road. Where there are cafes, restaurants, Food land supermarket, IGA, chemist, pubs, bottle shop, nail boutique, ice cream

shop and much more. On the semaphore beach front is the carousel a playground, mini golf, water slide and a gorgeous jetty. Adelaide CBD is a 20 minute drive or 45 minute bus ride. The closest train station is Ethelton station a 5 minute drive with free parking and a 35 minute walk. The train takes you to Adelaide CBD approximately 25 minute ride to Adelaide Railway station.

Other Things to Note:

We have 3 units at the complex. Sandy feet 1 has 3 bedrooms. Sandy Feet 2 is upstairs and has 2 bedrooms. Sandy Feet 3 upstairs has 2 bedrooms. We can potentially accommodate up to 14 people over the 3 units subject to availability. Good for family / friendship groups that wish to have their own space and also be at the same destination. Sandy Feet 1 has a blow up paddle board and blow up 2 person kayak with life jackets for use. Tennis racquets and balls to use at Point Malcolm Reserve a short walk along the beach path. Bocci, cards, games, beach cricket set and kids beach set with bucket and spade etc.

Absolutely loved our stay, there was everything we needed! Sonya was amazing and so responsive. Such a lovely little place, with enough room for our fam and little extras (like kayak and paddle board) were really appreciated.

Lovely beachfront stay just like home

Perfect stay to attend National Athletics. Extended our stay to have a holiday too, perfectly located to explore Adelaide and surrounding areas. Being from the beautiful Jervis Bay NSW it was important for me to be near the beach for my stay, this place was perfect. Will stay again if needing to travel to Adelaide in the future

This property has everything you could possibly want/need for an enjoyable holiday. Super clean and very well presented. Beds are comfy and it has a really good shower. Which is always a bonus. Kitchen has everything you could want to prepare meals. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach getaway

The apartment is clean, bright, well stocked and right on the beach a few kilometre walk from the main part of Semaphore. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and an amazing view of the beach with easy beach access. The beds are super comfortable and the linen great quality.

Beautiful beach front property

This place had everything we needed as a family of 5. Clean, spacious, air con and fans for the heat, soft linen and towels, and even sand toys for the kids! The only downside was not many shops/restaurants around, but we found a coffee shop in walking distance and it was only a short car ride to lots of food options. We highly recommend this place!

Beautifully presented property, super comfortable and all the conveniences you might want. Immaculately clean and fantastic communication. All very easy, which made for a really enjoyable stay. The location is fantastic, straight out the front door and onto the beachfront path.

My family and I had a great time. Property and location was fantastic. Having the beach at the back of the property was amazing. Had a lot of chill time there enjoying the ocean views and having a coffee. Would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect location for a beach holiday with beautiful views and amazing sunsets!

We enjoyed 12 glorious days here in a perfect location so close to the beach. The apartment is stylish, well equipped and comfortable. Our second stay here

We loved the property as the managers have everything and don’t skimp. The basics of dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, enough toilet paper etc. good quality bedding, towels, kitchen equipment makes this place awesome. We used the paddle board and kayak this time and had a ball. Beds are comfy. Absolute beachfront is awesome. Can be a little noisy from people upstairs but not enough that we were worried about it. Highly recommend.

We also enjoy renovating properties, so we embarked on purchasing some old apartments on the beach and fully renovated them to a standard that we feel the most people would also enjoy. We love the beach and the outdoors when we are not running 2 family businesses.

The beach, all our holidays are based around water. To wake up to the sound of waves and the smell of the ocean is so calming and a great start to the day. The sunsets are stunning on most days and as you are on the beachfront you have uninterrupted sunset views from the deck. Quiet and relaxing as we are in a cul de sac it is such a peaceful area. The coastal walk goes for miles so is of great enjoyment to walk or ride the western beaches coastline.

We are consistently updating and modernizing Sandy Feet 1, moving with the times, our apartment is extremely clean and welcoming. Our beds are extremely comfortable we use great quality linen and towels. We offer beach towels so no need to bring your own, just bring your bathers. blow up kayak and a paddle board for use onsite with life jackets for adults and children, outdoor games for all to enjoy in a very safe environment.
