Join us at this brand new family retreat by the lake. Treat yourself to a private vacation in a handicap-friendly home with 70' of lake frontage, a private dock, and swim platform. Rent a pontoon for personal use and enjoy the peaceful private lake with limited boat traffic. Just a short drive from Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Big Rapids, this is the perfect place to create lasting family memories. Pearl Beach features 2 Master Bedrooms with King Size Beds, 2 additional bedrooms, child-friendly amenities, and 4 kayaks for exploring the lakes. Relax on the sandy bottom beach, swim platform, or water raft. Fish from the dock or grill on the deck while enjoying the sunset. The owners have cherished memories on this lake and hope you will too. With wide doors, ramped entrance, handicap rails, and easy access to the dock, everyone can enjoy this beautiful retreat. Golf Course: The GORGEOUS golf course, The Links at Bowen Lake, is just a couple of miles away. It is a bent-grass, 18-hole golf course, which is absolutely stunning. The Links is great for golfers of all experience levels.
There are additional golf courses within about 20 minutes; Brookside 3.0 Miles, Candlestone 11.0 miles, Glen Kerry 6.0 Miles

Parking: 3 cars maximum (This is a VERY narrow street leading to the Pearl Beach Bungalow. You must drive super-slow on this single lane street. . (There is NO space for extra cars, trailers, or on road parking).
