Join us at this brand new family retreat by the lake. Treat yourself to a private vacation in a handicap-friendly home with 70' of lake frontage, a private dock, and swim platform. Rent a pontoon for personal use and enjoy the peaceful private lake with limited boat traffic. Just a short drive from Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Big Rapids, this is the perfect place to create lasting family memories. Pearl Beach features 2 Master Bedrooms with King Size Beds, 2 additional bedrooms, child-friendly amenities, and 4 kayaks for exploring the lakes. Relax on the sandy bottom beach, swim platform, or water raft. Fish from the dock or grill on the deck while enjoying the sunset. The owners have cherished memories on this lake and hope you will too. With wide doors, ramped entrance, handicap rails, and easy access to the dock, everyone can enjoy this beautiful retreat. Your family, friends, and dreams are all welcome here.

Golf Course: The GORGEOUS golf course, The Links at Bowen Lake, is just a couple of miles away. It is a bent-grass, 18-hole golf course, which is absolutely stunning. The Links is great for golfers of all experience levels.
There are additional golf courses within about 20 minutes; Brookside 3.0 Miles, Candlestone 11.0 miles, Glen Kerry 6.0 Miles

Parking: 3 cars maximum (This is a VERY narrow street leading to the Pearl Beach Bungalow. You must drive super-slow on this single lane street. . (There is NO space for extra cars, trailers, or on road parking).

Cottage getaway

Older cottage with modern amenities. Quaint little cottage on the waterfront. Weather was cool and rainy so I didn't get the chance to get out on the water. Having a washer and dryer on site was a big plus.

Cabin was clean and neat and as expected. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would stay here again for sure. Minor issues: Coffee maker didn't work TV - Couldn't get any channels to come in. No Biggie sitting around the camp fire was much better. Bedding-Sheets were very cheap and was an issue. But they told us that before arrival so next time we will bring our own sheets. These are all minor items. We met the owner very nice and professional. Overall great experience and I recommend the cabin.

Checkin was simple and straightforward with no glitches. All of our questions were answered before we even arrived. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of bowls, plates, silverware, and pots/pans. We cooked each night and had everything we needed. The hosts were super kind and responsive, and really intentional to ensure we had all we needed.We had so many activities to enjoy. Swimming, kayaking, firepit, playing games at the table, fishing...we enjoyed each of these in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. The house was spacious for the 5 adults, the beds comfortable, and all the comforts of home. The walks around the lake were chances to see some pretty homes.The view of the lake from the porch was beautiful each morning, enjoying a cup of coffee and the quiet still around the lake.We all agree that we would recommend this home to any family looking for a clean, up to date, and spacious place to enjoy time away and activities to do together.
