Welockme tonour home. Our serene 2 bedroom condo is in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Winnipeg with 2 Queen beds. The building is new and the neighborhood is peaceful, very quiet, and serenely beautiful. All major amenities about 5 minutes walk away from the property: gyms, Save on Food for grocery shopping, Domino Pizza, Chinese/Japanese restaurants Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Mart, TD Bank, RBC Bank, Starbucks Coffee etc. Parking is available right in front of the unit and free WIFI is available to guests.

This unit is serenely setup for peaceful, quiet and enjoyable staying. Kindly adhere to our home rules to make the unit readily enjoyable for our next guest.

Absolutely NO loud / excessive noise
Absolutely NO PARTYING of any type or form is allowed. This neighborhood is peaceful and there is zero tolerance for loud noise within the neighborhood. Partying or excessive noise resulting in a noise complaint can attract HEFTY CHARGES and immediate eviction. The building has a security guard that walks up and down the halls to ensure safety and report high levels of noise or any disturbances.

If you intend to book this unit to have any form of a partying or loud gathering, we recommend to NOT book this unit. We will be notified and you will be evicted immediately and fined for offenders

This property was exactly as advertised. It’s in a new development area with new construction happening but there was no noise or issues. Nice walking path. Parking right outside of unit. Quiet balcony and view.

Great location and clean property

This is a very clean, newer property that is well located with convenient free parking. The appliances are new, and the fridge features filtered water. While the property is listed as having air conditioning (which it does), the air conditioning unit is in the main living area only. The bedrooms, as a result, are hot and the fans provided are needed on warm nights. Note that there is no dining table in the property, but there is an eat at counter. If you want to enjoy a glass of wine, you will need to bring wine glasses, as none were available for our stay. Well appointed kitchen with a generous supply of spices for those who opt to cook. Recommeded.

Family Visit

We were in Winnipeg for a family celebration and found this unit to be perfectly located. Everything needed is only minutes away. The two bedroom unit was a good fit and well appointed for our family of 3. Access to the condo property was easy and parking just outside the front door.

Perfect for convocation attendees

New neighborhood and building. Close to restaurants and stores (within walking distance). Short drive to university of Manitoba. However, there is a lot of construction going on as the neighborhood is expanding but we didn't notice any noise just some closed sidewalks. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds are comfortable but firm. Curtains are blackout which is great if you need it dark to sleep. Quiet building. Could use more blankets for colder nights or to be more cozy when watching tv. Smart tv: Free tv channels as well as able to log in to your own streaming services. Parking space right out front. Very clean. Host responds quickly to questions and is helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect for a week in Winnipeg

Very accessible to major roads. Loved the parking in front of unit. 5 min drive to all conveniences. Clean, quiet neighborhood. Cozy. Elizabeth was very responsive when I had questions about using thermostat. Check-in/check-out system was flawless. Also really appreciate that the cleaning fee was reasonable.

As described…still smells brand new. Liked location but condo a bit short on supplies

There was nothing in the unit to tell what was around the neighborhood, or about the unit for such things as recycling. Kitchen poorly stocked, ie. no wine glasses , no serving dishes, no small dishes to put out some dip. No extra blankets in bedrooms. It is a nice enough unit just lacking in some basic comfort items.

You'll walk into a cozy living room with an open concept kitchen with a highland, barstools for ready-to-go dining, and a dishwasher for convenience. There are two sizable bedrooms with comfy queen beds. The bedrooms have calming and serene lakeview for daytime and nighttime relaxations. There is also a sizeable balcony with a pleasant lakeview for relaxation. There is washer and dryer ensuite.
