Main floor, two bedrooms with memory foam king size mattresses await, one bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds along with an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen designed to cater to your every need.

Venture downstairs to discover the ultimate entertainment hub – a games room equipped with table tennis, board games, and a cozy family rec room featuring a 75” TV and plush seating for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Outside, the upper deck beckons with a lake view BBQ and spacious outdoor dining and seating area, while the lower back patio hosts a new 7-person jacuzzi J385 and multiple Muskoka chairs and sun loungers for your leisure.

Located in serene Starr Bay on Lake Scugog, our retreat offers endless opportunities for boating and fishing, with two kayaks and a paddle boat provided for your aquatic adventures.

We pride ourselves on being honest and upfront with our guests and thus want to be clear regarding the lake conditions on Starr Bay. Even though the water is swimmable, The water in Starr Bay is clear but very shallow and weedy in a portion of the shallowest areas, making it harder to swim. We have included a few photos so that guests can see what we are referring to in the lake.

For guests that decide not to swim in the shallow area, the kayaks & paddleboat are excellent transportation tools to venture out to the deeper regions of Starr Bay or further into Lake Scugog to swim.

IMPORTANT - There is a NO tolerance policy for loud party groups. If you bring more than the stated amount of people (even for the day) and/or throw a party here, your whole group will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds.

No smoking or vaping inside the cottage
No parties or events
No loud music or loud noises outside
No karaoke machines
No portable speaker larger than 4lbs
No music amplification outside past 11pm
No additional guests unless they have been pre-approved
All pets must be pre approved, additional cleaning fee may apply
Guests are responsible for disposing of their own garbage
Respect the 40km/h speed limit when entering the community
Hot Tub must ALWAYS be closed and locked when not in use
