A 2 bedroom apartment situated in a quiet block of 3 apartments. The apartment boasts a relaxed, coastal vibe and sleeps 7 people.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including an air fryer!
The laundry includes a washer, dryer and ironing board and iron. For your convenience the clothesline is under cover.
The bathroom is freshly renovated and includes a hair dryer and toiletries.
Both bedrooms include TVs.
The lounge is comfy and has a large flat screen TV, Apple TV, a DVD player and wifi speaker. There are plenty of board games and DVDs there also.
There is a small desk with laptop.
Free wifi is available throughout the property.
The outside boasts bbq, kitchen, bar, spa and more!
Located only 1.9kms from the beach and close to shops, cafes and pubs.

Fantastic accomodation

Homely atmosphere with a lovely entertainment area and opportunity to plunge into a hot spa 41 degrees after a day of exploring KI. Great suggestion from host where to visit and where to dine - exceptional food and wine/gin tasting. We fell in love with KI places and people!!!

KI Stay

Lovely apartment and close to all amenities. Spa was lovely and beds comfortable. Unfortunately, apartment was not totally clean but that could be due to a mis-understanding. Bathroom floor got very wet each time we showered. Overall though, a lovely roomy place. Would stay again.

Here’s a bit info about us and about our properties on KI….

We’re a family of 5- Sean is Dad, Kirsty is Mum and the kids are Finnigan, Aobh and Rafferty (yes, Sean is Irish, hence the Irish names!). We live in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide and we own a cleaning company, O’Shea’s Organisation.

Sean has been a fan and frequent visitor to Kangaroo Island for many, many years. After immigrating from Ireland, Sean discovered KI through some friends and instantly fell in love with the way it captured the incredible beauty that remote parts of Australia offer (he is also a massive fan of Western Queensland and places such as Longreach).

After many hunting, camping and fishing trips, Sean purchased a block of land/ farm near Flinders Chase and for many years we made the journey over to camp as a family…….. and we made some incredible memories…… beach trips, camp fires, 4 wheel driving, fishing, long walks, yummy camp fire food, windy trips on the ferry and much, much more. This property has been named, “Bush Marron Escape”.

Kirsty who also loves camping, but also loved the idea of a holiday house, used to check out the real estate in the front windows of the real estate agents in Dauncey Street in Kingscote. It was during a stop in Kingscote to visit the Rabbit Warren Bakery (Kirsty Loves this bakery), that Kirsty saw a shabby, small block of 3 units for sale in Kingscote.

Upon inspecting the units the kids almost died- they were in dire need of TLC. Kirsty could instantly see past the crazy mess to a sweet, neat, small block of units. So, they did what anyone would do and they went right ahead and purchased the block! This property has been named, “Investigator Beach Breeze Apartments”.

Most recently we have acquired a block of units at Baudin Beach, its a small neat block, of 3 units, located 300m from a beautiful, mostly untouched beach. This property has been named, “Baudin Beach Breeze Apartments”.

As you step off onto the island, it’s impossible not to relax. Follow the road less travelled and discover unique wildlife, mouth-watering food and wine, breathtaking scenery and a laid-back lifestyle.
Kangaroo Island sits off the coast of South Australia and is Australia’s third-largest Island. At 155 kilometers long and up to fifty-five kilometers wide, it covers an area of 4,416 square kilometers, and is separated from the mainland by a fifteen kilometer stretch of ocean. It is home to approximately 4,200 residents with its main industries being agriculture, tourism and fishing.
Over a third of the island is protected in nature reserves, and is home to a menagerie of native wildlife – from kangaroos and wallabies to echidna, goannas, platypus and koalas – just to name a few! Take a guided beach walk amongst Sea Lions on Seal Bay, jump on a nocturnal tour to see penguins parading the beach or take a swim with wild dolphins
Kangaroo Island is home to several local farms and wineries. Many of them allow visitors and have stores for you to visit. Pick up some honey or follow your nose to the lavender fields. Enjoy a glass of locally grown and produced wine. Pair it with a delicious dinner of freshly caught seafood. There’s even a distillery with some of the best gin you’ve ever tasted!
Supporting local businesses is important for the economy of the island. Plus, its a great way to meet locals and learn more about island life. Ask for some tips for the best places to visit and you might even learn about secret local getaways!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

If you are looking for an easy beach (well close to beach) stay- just the basic comforts of home, somewhere relaxed where you can make yourself at home, then we might be just what you are looking for.

We are a little 2 bedroom renovated holiday unit in the heart of Kingscote, close to all amenities and just down the road from the beach. A stay away from home, somewhere chilled out where you can relax and enjoy your break!

The fully functional kitchen includes oven, stove and microwave. Includes all pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and utensils. There are a few little treats like a toasted sandwich maker and milkshake maker. You will also find dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels.

We hope you enjoy lounging in our lounge! Featuring a comfy modular lounge suite, 58 inch TV, blue tooth speaker, Apple TV and PlayStation.
You will also find a small desk with basic stationery.
You will also find some games, DVD’s and books for your entertainment.

The bathroom has just been renovated! It features a brand new vanity, toilet and shower. And you will also find a hair dryer, soap, toilet paper and shampoo.

The laundry is complete with trough, washing machine and dryer…. you will also find laundry detergent for your convenience. The washing line, is out the back under cover, access it through the rear door located in the laundry.
You will also find an ironing board and iron for your convenience.

The property is located close all services and amenities, including pubs, supermarket, swimming pool, chemist, hardware, medical centre and more.
