This listing is pet-friendly; however, please refrain from bringing animals weighing over 25lbs~

access is granted to the whole house. fully appointed kitchen makes cooking meals simple and easy. each bed has a power strip near by to power all of your electronics. super speed internet capable of streaming is included as well.

The entire space is for the guest, but I am able to answer calls, and I live locally if I am needed.

Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.

I would recommend using a car, or Uber/Lyft to get around.
