Modern fully furnished spacious open planned 2 bedroom basement suite has large above-ground windows abundance of natural light. Fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, in-suite washer/dryer when you stay 7 days plus, and is completely furnished. The total living space is approx. 900sq ft. and offers a great and functional layout. Located in Aldergrove/Langley area and within walking distance to local shops, transit-accessible, 10 minutes to Hwy-1, Abbotsford airport, Vancouver Zoo and ample free street parking. No smoking of any kind. Small-Medium pets are welcomed with a damage deposit. Wifi & cable included.

The pacific coast is exceptionally beautiful and offers many of the outdoor activities I enjoy such as camping, kayaking, snowboarding, and biking. I am often described as an extrovert with a great sense of humor. However, I can curl up with a good book and a glass of red. Love to travel and meet new people from around the world and the opportunity to open up my home to this venture is exciting and a new chapter in my life.

Welcome to my fabulous contemporary, clean and spacious home with an artistic flair. This basement entry suite offers 2 large spacious bedrooms with luxurious queen size and twin beds with ample storage. There is plenty of street parking. available. Spacious living room with all modern amenities including stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has a large supply of utensils and cookware. It will feel like a home from home experience.
