You will enjoy a truly unique and unforgettable experience at Mortimer’s “Vines” Studio. A working family winery since 1995, the estate and vineyards are immaculately kept with a stunning lake and accessible island surrounded by rolling vines. The studio is equipped with a modern kitchen and appliances, gorgeous leather lounge suite and gas fireplace. The sunlit patio is submerged with vines and an outdoor firepit stacked with wood. Take advantage of the close proximity to Orange and it’s amazing food & retail scene (5 minutes). A short 100m stroll and you’ll find the heritage listed “March Schoolhouse Cellar Door (1866). The schoolhouse and surrounding gardens have been stunning rejuvenated by the Mortimer family and it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a tasting and platter on a sunny afternoon in the garden, or cosy winter by the fireplace.

Mortimer's Wines is 5 kms North of Orange near the historic village of “March”.

Guests have entire access to the Studio apartment and exclusive fire-pit in front.

Home to just over 40,000 people, this significant regional centre hosts an exciting calendar of events including festivals of food and wine, cycling, running, hot-air ballooning and poetry along with regular farmers markets and much more. Over 80 vineyards surround Orange and produce distinguished cool-climate wines made with passion by our resident winemakers and vignerons. The city is also known for its lovely parks, brilliant autumn colours, vibrant café’s and award winning restaurants.

Please note, this property is not suitable for children or pets.
The loft apartment is above the studio apartment. These can be booked together for 6 people.

Firepit: this property has a firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.
