Perfect location for walking around the CBD...Restaurants, Sky Tower, Viaduct etc...

Very handy room after looking around, to rest and revive to go out and do other things when ready...

Was a excellent location close to everything. Check in easy with good instructions. Was a bit noisy, but that was to be expected.

Loved It

Property was perfect for me, and looked exactly as advertised. Loved having a washing machine and a nice coffee setup, as well. Enjoyed the local restaurants, especially Revive, just a few minutes away by foot. Would definitely stay again if I re- visit Aukland.

Stay in the CBD

We could not have asked for a better location to spend our first few days and New Zealand. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The host provided us with plenty of amenities and very clear instructions. Perfect rental for 2!

Great location

Great location easy to everything. Basic apartment has all you need for a short stay. It is loud at night but that is something that can't be helped and have to dodge the homeless loitering in the entrance way also something you can't control. We enjoyed our stay bed is super comfortable. Apartment smells really nice too. Has a washing machine and dryer which is super helpful! Thankyou for a lovely stay

Thanks Natasha. Thankfully the council have been cleaning up the city and the loitering homeless issue has reduced significantly (Nov 2024)! I also have a white noise machine and ear plugs for a great sleeping experience.

Lovely Stay in CBD Auckland

The property was in walking distance to a ton of great sites in Auckland, such as the harbor (with all of the ferries), the war memorial musuem (a must see) and a whole host of great eateries. The room was clean, everything worked - wifi, fridge etc. We did not use the washer/drier. The sheets were clean, the bed was comfy. The only thing! If you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs. The night life of Auckland can get a little rowdy!

The lifts were out of action and had been for some time. There was no communication with me prior to arrival. I should have been told so I could cancel and make other arrangements Luckily I had 2 small bags to carry up to 5th floor The owner could not say when lifts would be operational. On first day the door lock would not work. Owner did arrive within 90 minutes to fix problem

We arrived at the apartment building on Friday evening and were shocked to see a notice in the lobby saying "Both lifts shut down until further notice". We had two suitcases each weighing 22.5 kg and two bags each weighing 7.0 kg. We had to haul this luggage up to the 5th floor each level being 22 steps. It was very exhausting. My wife wasn't able to do this more than twice so I had to buy takeaway food for her for all of Saturday. We missed out on seeing the city sights on Saturday and we flew out on Sunday morning. I feel that the host was aware of the lifts being out of service and should have informed us to give us the option to cancel which I would most certainly have done. In later correspondence to her by email she was very condescending by suggesting that hotels might be more suitable for us in future bookings. The apartment itself was ok but there is a four digit mechanical code lock on the door which sometimes doesn't work so it's possible to be locked out of your room. The location is good but there are noisy people on the street below all through the night. So if you like to wake up feeling refreshed after a good nights sleep then forget it as it won't happen. I will put this down to a bad experience and hope it never happens again.

Excellent location for tour and airport pick ups. Right in the heart of the action, the down fall to that is the noise so much so that they supplied ear plugs so you can sleep. Might want to mention that in the ad somewhere.

Great city stay in the heart of Auckland

This compact apartment is perfect for a one to two people. It clean, modern and neatly presented, with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It is ideal for both short and long stays. The location is superb, overlooking the Sky Tower, in the heart of downtown Auckland. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. I highly recommend this property.
