Guests who have stayed with us have enjoyed the lake and mountain views - we hope you will too!

Our cozy cottage is just a few minutes' drive from the heart of Rotorua, with popular attractions like the Gondola and Polynesian Spa easily within reach.

The home is equipped with two modern air conditioners that more than cover the entire space, ensuring a comfortable stay during cold winters and hot summers.

You'll also find a dairy shop, a liquor store, and fish & chips just a short walk away.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and complimentary tea, hot chocolate, and spreads.

In the laundry, there is a washing machine and dryer. Detergent provided - perfect for longer stays.

Free off-street parking at the private rear.

Two TVs/books/games for entertainment.

While pets are allowed, and there is a closed fence area accessing from the back, this house is not fully fenced so pet owners need to keep an eye on their pets at all times.

Rotorua is a volcanically/geothermally active area which means that on occasion there may be a sulphur-like or rotten egg smell. Depending on the weather and wind direction sometimes it affects the whole city.

We had an enjoyable stay. The host was very quick to respond when we have questions and was kind enough to send us information of activities, restaurants, shops and parks in the area to visit. The cottage was very clean and had everything that you need. I would definitely book this cottage again if I am in the area.

Lovely accomodation

We had such a great time away in Rotorua and staying in such a beautiful home made it extra special. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. The host, Yinguri, was so lovely. If we ever come back we will be staying here again.

Perfect Location but Noisy at Night – Solid Stay for Explorers

Great location—close to the Skyline and hot springs, very convenient! The place was clean and tidy, but the building is quite old. Being near the street with thin windows, nighttime noise can be a bit disruptive for light sleepers. Overall, a decent stay if you prioritize location over absolute quiet.

Awesome stay!

This little bach packs a punch - great views, great TV and Wifi, really clean and tidy with little extras in the kitchen. Comfy beds. Good spot to explore Rotorua from. Host very accommodating and great to deal with. Highly recommend.

This place has stunning views, very close to city center and lake. Has everything you need, milk sauces and spices too. Shampoo, body wash and new tooth brushes were provided. Would definitely recommend to all my family and friends

Very clean, bright accommodation

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the host. The house was well stocked. It is an easy 35 minute walk into town, and centrally located for driving to the many geothermal sites in the area. It is a good place for families with the extra bedrooms and games provided.

Perfect base of operations for Rotorua area a tivities

Communication was excellent, timely and informative. The cottage sits on a small hill over a side road leading into town. Great views, sunrises and breezes off the lake in a neighborhood setting. Small grocery store 100 ft away for all food essentials/breakfast, beer/wine etc. Kitchen very recently renovated with all new stove, dishwasher and fridge. Washer dryer work smoothly. Fresh paint inside and out keeps it bright. Den and master bedroom have AC splits. Two other bedrooms have windows and fans to pick up the breeze.Yingrui and her staff are easy to communicate with and willing to help out with questions, issues, etc. An excellent host!We would stay here again if we ever get back to NZMike L.
