The home was small and quaint in a great location. My lower rating is primarily due to communication issues. I reached out several times prior to check-in and on the day of arrival and did not receive a response. While my request wasn’t urgent (request for late check out on New Years Day), I would have appreciated any reply, even if the answer was no.A few things to note: the TV requires screen-sharing to access cable, the hot water runs out fairly quickly, and the master bedroom door did not feel very secure.Overall, this is a reasonably priced place with the basics and works well for a short stay, especially if you don’t anticipate needing support from the property manager.

Had a couple of reasons to contact manager. He was not as responsive as I would have liked. I also was not pleased with the final pricing. Otherwise location is good and convenient.

Classic Winter Garden ambiance

This house was perfect for my stay. I was in the area for a work trip and it was everything I needed. Location was excellent, within short walking distance to the amazing downtown Winter Garden, in a quiet little pocket neighborhood of small original houses from when the area was one big orange grove. Neighbors are very friendly. The house itself is great for 1-2 people, with a very well done remodel done on the inside. Kitchen and bathrooms are particularly nice with all the amenities needed, especially for cooking in. I was there for work but it must be close to Disney as I actually heard the fireworks from there one night. I'd highly recommend renting bikes and use the West Orange bike trail, which is very scenic and rolls through some nice neighborhoods. Downtown WG has all kinds of really cool restaurants, bars, shops, etc.... - very cool.All in all, I would highly recommend it!!

Very relaxing stay at the cottage. Excellent location within walking distance to anything and everything in downtown Winter Garden. Would stay here again and will recommend the cottage to family and friends in the future.

Great Getaway Weekend

The house was everything as advertised and more. The location is fabulous. The interior design is very well done and the space utilized perfectly. The linens are top notch. There is even a neighborhood kitty, Diablo, that comes to visit. He actually owns the neighborhood so take note. Communication with the host was very easy. My husband and I loved our getaway weekend to Winter Springs and will definitely be back!
