The unit is great, but unfortunately we were only able to spend one evening out of a planned 3 day stay due to a family emergency. However we would certainly recommend it for others.

The location of property is amazing! All stores are near and beach across the street. Condo was below average although the Property Owner was great on the communication the overall condo could have use TLC. There was a very bad odor as if someone smoked in the place and they try to mask it or whatever they used had the place smelling awful. We did end up going to the store to purchase air fresheners, the garbage disposal was not working properly. The linen, shower curtain, towels had stains on them which had me a little concerned so I purchased my own. Living room furniture have wear and tear also the patio furniture. If these can be addressed I most definitely could go back.

Galveston Condo

Condo with lots of potential but not one that I would recommend despite the good reviews. Stayed here with the family - 4 adults, 1x 4 year old and 1x 3 month old. Main bed room was comfortable but difficult to get to the other side of the bed if two people are sleeping there. Bunk beds were a challenge for the older folks but there is also the option of turning the couch into a sleeper. The couch is a bit worn out though, and could use some cleaning, as well as the two blue chairs by the back door. Their covers were stained and could use a wash. When we arrived, we were greeted to 3-4 little roaches roaming about. When we left, a roach had hidden under one of our bags and scared the wifey. Towards the end of the stay, ants had made their way in from the patio door. All of our feet were black from dirty floors, so a proper cleaning should be performed in-between visits. The bathtub was clogged with hair and would not properly drain. I bit the bullet and cleaned out the hair from past guests so that we could take a proper shower. Other than this, the condo was well stocked with toiletry's and kitchen utensils. It would be helpful if there was spray cleaner or a mop to clean up while staying there. A/C was great and blew super cold which was nice. The great host allowed early check in which was very helpful! Regarding the location and resort itself, pool grounds were fun for the kids and conveniently located.

Great little family spot!

The condo was clean and looked just like the pictures! We loved the huge windows overlooking the pool. The triple bunk room can be closed off with a door, which is nice for little ones going to bed early. The location next to the pools is makes everything easier!

We spent a weekend here! we loved the access to the pool and a heated pool as a second option when it was chilly! We had great beach access and fun things to do close by with the kids.

Location is convenient to attractions and beach. Property was nicely renovated and clean. The community was under construction, so could not use some Amenities, but that is not the listings fault.

Mini Vacay

The property pictures were as shown in the listing. Upon walking in there is a really strong musty odour covered with air fresheners. You kind of get use to it but it doesn’t go away. The first night we had to open all the windows and doors, and turn on the fans as the odour was very overwhelming. It is missing a few “nice to have” items, dish clothes, dish towels, salt, etc. There is a $10/day parking fee that you don’t find out about until booking.

Really Nice Stay

The stay was nice and relaxing. Very clean and up to date condo. We had an issue with the toilet and the owner had it fixed within a few hours. The fan in the bathroom was not functional, which is not a big deal for some people. They had almost everything we needed except a Keurig and some seasonings. Some units have seasonings and others don't. I was happy with the time we stayed there.

Good location, nice pools, convenient parking, but floors and especially area rugs were dirty.

We stayed here 4 nights with two adults and three teenage daughters. The carpets and floors were not that clean, kitchenware is the cheapest low quality stuff you can find. The condo is around back in the newer part but the older part is definitely in need of repair. Our condo was fine but just not super clean. The shower curtain had a lot of mildew, scum or something on it. The pillows were crappy. Just seemed like they tried to save money in some areas that made our stay not as nice as it could’ve been if they upgraded a few things and cleaned the floors better, replacing area rugs if they are too worn/dirty. The location is nice and the pool area is beautiful. Tv is big and new. Just a few changes and I would’ve given this place 4 stars instead.

LOVED the condo! Everything was so nice. Loved having hot showers (we’ve been to places where they controlled the water heater), best spot at this location. Walking out from the back door to the pool was so nice especially with my elderly grandmother and my kids. We really enjoyed this location. If we come back to Galveston we will be checking for availability here again. The owner was EASY to communicate with and get a hold of for my small silly questions. A very gracious and kind host.

Great place

This condo was amazing! It’s right across from the beach and close to restaurants and fun things to do. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The main bedroom is big enough to fit a pack n play with room to spare. The big main pool isn’t heated and was way to cold to enjoy but the heated pool was right across the parking lot. The only thing that got on my nerves was how high the shower curtain was.. it barley covered the top of the tub and water got on the floor every time someone showered. There is shampoo, conditioner and body wash but we only had one dishwasher tablet so make sure you bring some because there also isn’t any sponges or rags to clean dishes with.

Family vacation!

This property was fantastic. Location was great! The room with the triple bunk was small but manageable with the kiddos! After a 14 hour drive, it was nice to see everything was provided for us such as laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and dish soap. (All of the things we forgot!) Highly recommend this property for your vacation! Only downfall, parking! It’s first come, first serve basis as there aren’t any assigned spots to the condos, so you may have to walk a minute. But other than that, it was great!

Don't let the outside view fool the place has to have the best courtyard in galveston would stay again the room was clean nice and cold with good hotwatrer and a giant TV in both rooms
