Stunning southside city views, outdoor space, and contemporary design in this sunny and conveniently located condo in downtown south slope Asheville. This three bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome also provides 1 garage parking space and 1 dedicated parking space behind the unit. Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property.

Unit layout:
1st floor-entrance/garage-laundry in garage
2nd floor-living room, kitchen, half bath
3rd floor-queen bed room, full bathroom in hallway, king bedroom with ensuite bathroom
4th floor-sitting area, patio, king bedroom, full bath in hallway

2 parking spaces are included with the unit. 1 located inside the private garage, (6`8 H, 8`6 W, 17` L) and the 2nd space is an assigned parking space located behind the townhomes.

This condo was switched out to another because of a heating issue....kudos to Towns Property Mgt for taking care of that before we even arrived. The new condo was amazing. We felt so comfortable and really wanted to stay longer, but there was an immanent ice storm on its way, so we had to get out of dodge. Towns refunded 2 nights of our stay and another kudos to them because they didn't have to do that. The area seemed super fun and was close to everything we would have wanted to do. I can't think of a complaint at all!! Looking forward to another stay in one of this company's condos!!

Location was great if you plan to go to the Breweries. 15 minute walk to heart of downtown.

Very happy with our choice. Great location. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The elevator was very helpful!

Beautiful, clean condo, conveniently located to walk to amazing breweries and less than 2 miles from the Biltmore. The perfect place to stay for our first time in Asheville.

Good location

This is a clean and spacious unit. The walk “up the hill” as mentioned by other reviewers wouldn’t be taxing for most people. Plenty of bars and restaurants along the way and at the top of the slope.

Biltmore visit

Very convenient to Biltmore. Kitchen could use some more utensils - tongs would be nice and perhaps either foil or plastic wrap! Condo is very comfortable. Online photos are accurate

Asheville South Slope brewery adventure

property was immaculate, clean, very well furnished. everything in the townhome was almost brand new. beds were comfortable, kitchen was awesome and stocked with everything we needed. This is a First Class accommadation! we would advise anyone who likes a first class place to stay to look no further, this is it!!

Great place for a group stay

We rented this place for a family visit. It was great to have the common space and separate bathrooms. Elevator was a plus for the seniors as well as separate thermostats on each level. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious. It was about a 10 min walk up the hill to the downtown area. You will need to drive to find a grocery store. There are some cafes and brewpubs within walking distance. Otherwise everything is up the hill. Offstreet parking was a plus. Overall we would stay here again. It would be nice if company provided salt and pepper, paper napkins, cooking oil, and a few extra bars of hand soap.

Spotless, Spacious Townhouse Close to Breweries

This townhouse is large and immaculate, and I am picky about cleanliness! It's very well stocked. It is walking distance from the breweries and a slightly longer walk to downtown, which is huge given how sparse downtown parking is. I would highly recommend with one caveat--this is better for adults than families bc of the location. To get to the breweries and downtown you need to walk through one sketchy block that directly surrounds the townhouse. Across the street is a sketchy gas station with some vagrants. While walking with the kids, one homeless man shouted obscenities at us. The area immediately surrounding the townhouse is industrial. It does not feel unsafe, but you have to pass through some empty warehouse type spaces and occasional vagrants to get to the fun area, and even that area is more adulty since it's primarily breweries. If you plan to drive everywhere, you'll be fine with kids, but if you walk, you probably won't want your little kids with you since you'll have to pass through the area right around the townhouse, which is slightly dicey. I did not feel comfy to take my morning walks alone, even though likely safe, it was too empty and too industrial and too close to some sketchiness.

Wonderful setup in a great location

The property had great space and the elevator was convenient to transport bags upstairs. It was easily walkable to downtown Asheville for dinner and the area was quiet.

Very nice but probably won’t return

This place is in a great location, clean, great amount of space for a group or family to spread out and be comfortable. As for not returning, On the last day at 10:10 am (checkout is 11), a man let himself into the house and yelled that he was checking if people were still there. He didn’t knock, he just entered the property while a few of us ladies were still there. Honestly it was pretty scary! Made us feel unsafe so we ran around to gather our things and leave as quickly as we could. It was completely unacceptable since we still had time remaining before our check out!

Get away weekend in Asheville,NC

We met up with dear friends that we hadn’t seen in 6 years! This was the perfect place! We paid a little more than we had planned to but the townhouse was immaculate! And the beds were so comfortable! We were able to walk to the breweries and restaurants! A fun trip!
