Pictures do not give the property justice, you have to experience for yourself. Large ocean view living areas open to the covered terraces so you can take in the ocean views constantly. Four spacious bedrooms with private baths give guests ample private space. Located right on the beach and have the ability to walk to the shops, restaurants, bars, casino, and more!

The host was great. She was a big help. Would’ve been nice to have midweek maid service as much as we are paying. Or maybe even a dustpan. Had some issues with the dishwasher. Pool cues need to be fixed and also the door to the trash area is falling off the hinges.Great location, beautiful view

It was just as described. The view was fantastic and it's location was even better. The only recommendation I would have is to put some tips on the cues so the pool table is usable.

Perfect Family Getaway with Amazing Views

It was perfect for our family of eight just as pictured and equipped with everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the stunning view and the unbeatable location—just a short walk to great restaurants and the casino. We did have a minor issue with the AC on the second night, but the host was very responsive and had it resolved by the next morning. Great communication throughout. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Amazing vacation!!

We had the best time at this condo. Super close to restaurants, shops, and grocery. Woke up every day to gorgeous sounds and views. My son is 13 and is already asking when we can go back! The property manager was extremely accommodating and responsive. 10/10!!

Absolutely amazing!

This condo was absolutely amazing. We stayed with my family and having your own bathroom in every bedroom was a huge bonus. It has everything you could want: ocean view, pool, balcony, and a great location. The only thing it needs are new pool cues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo suited our needs perfectly, and if you need a 4 bedroom condo it is for sure the best deal in Jaco. I traveled with my husband, 2 sons (college age), and one of their girlfriends. The location is amazing, within walking distance to quite a few beachfront and non-beachfront restaurants. The surf is great for beginners or advanced. Plus, it is in what I felt like was a safe and quiet area of Jaco, but still in the middle of it all.

Best family vacation rental!

This penthouse was the perfect place to stay in Jaco! We took our two adult children & they each took a friend so this was perfect. There were enuf bedrooms & bathrooms for each of us to have our own privacy. It’s right on the beach so the views are amazing! We could walk to restaurants & markets so everyone had to access to what they wanted. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The concierge hooked us up with a chef that came to the condo & prepared a beautiful & delicious meal for us with the fish my husband caught while in Jaco. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. I would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic stay

Really great accommodations! Spacious and very tastefully furnished. The location is so convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. Fun to watch surfers and beautiful sunsets from our balcony.

Amazing Location!

We fully enjoyed our 2 weeks in Jaco at Diamonte del Sol. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. When we pointed out some minor issues that needed attention, the property manager was right on it. Overall, we were very pleased with the facilities and condo and would certainly rent it again when we return to Jaco.

DIRTY outdated rental with a view

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed at this unit 7 years ago when our daughter got married in the area. The views and the pool area brought us back even though the condition of the place was average. When looking to stay again we came across this VRVO which was advertised as 'updated', so we were willing to give it a second try because of the pools and ocean view. Sadly the only upgrade that was made was a wet bar that they added to the unit. The bed's were the original and while somewhat uncomfortable 7 yrs ago, they felt more like sleeping in pack and play's this tie around! The dressers should be thrown out entirely. Our's had a handle missing and was all banged up. In the second master one of the drawers had a cardboard box section over a gapping hole so the clothes wouldn't fall through to the next drawer! The showers were dirty and slimy under our feet. We wore flip flops for safety. We could not open the door to one of the patios because the lock was broken. It stuck 7 yrs ago so this is not a new problem. There not not enough pans to cook for a group and what was available was in dire need of being replaced. There was grim on the sink edges and the furniture was so covered in suntan oil and dirt that we did not want to sit on it! We covered the couch with a mattress cover just so we could use it. The outdoor cushions need to be replaced and all the floors deep cleaned. We asked for more towels and pillowcase for the stained pillows but we never got any. Michael was in the mountains or something so he only checked in once and then ignored our request. If you decide to stay here (the views are awesome) be prepared to deep clean the first 4 hours and bring extra linens and beach towels so you can sit on the furniture. Also a heavy duty mattress pad for a better nights sleep.

Great location with spectacular views!

Great vacation spot! Location was very convenient & safe. Views are spectacular! Property manager was easy to communicate with and gave great info on things to do & places to see. Would definitely book here again!

The unit needs a little TLC. The door from the kitchen to a balcony was broken and in a locked position, another sliding door had an opening that couldnt be closed. The pool table was great but there was only 1 pool cue. When we arrived the lights in the dining room and balony werent working as a circuit breaker had tripped. Some bedroom furniture needs replacing, as a dresser drawer had a huge hole in it that they remedied by putting a piece of cardboard over. That being said, the bed, ac were all very good and the 5 adults 3 kids enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Stay!

This condo is exactly as described and just as beautiful as the pictures showed. We had an awesome time. The location of this condo can't be beat. It is right on the beach and one block from the main street in Jaco where you can find everything you need such as grocery stores, a lot of restaurants, bars, souvenir stores, places to book tours, ATV rides, and surf lessons. The condo complex has a beautiful pool with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The security guards are always present and making sure everybody is safe. Michael, the condo owner was fantastic and accommodating. Every time I emailed him with a question before the trip he was very quick to answer and provided great information. He pointed us towards an awesome chef who came and cooked dinner for us for my daughter's birthday. We arrived early in the morning and he allowed us to drop our stuff in the condo while the maids finished cleaning. We had a minor incident where we tripped the breaker (too many of us blow drying our hair at the same time, lol). I texted him and he sent a maid over who was on the phone with maintenance and got it fixed within minutes. I was so impressed with how responsive he was. I would not hesitate for a second to book this unit again. I am sitting at work right now dreaming of being back on the balcony enjoying the view.

Best Condo in Jaco

Our place was amazing! Waking up to the view of the ocean from super clean rooms was amazing. He had a cleaner for additional charge for daily cleaning. And like 5 minute walk to be on the main Jaco strip.

Family of 9 vacation

Property is as described. Extremely spacious even for 9 adults. Ideal for 8. Main living area is very large. Kitchen and appliances worked perfectly. Dining area is plenty big for the group. Our favorite area was the outdoor balcony. Pool area is very nice and seems to be a salt water pool. Security is superb. Always felt safe. Beautiful direct close view of Jaco Beach and the ocean. Enough seating for 8. Bedrooms were average size. Beds were just ok and probably should be updated. Bathrooms were good but lack air movement so they stay very humid after showers. Plenty of hot water. One of the lav. faucets needs to be replaced. Overall condition was good but does need some minor repairs to get a great review from me. The location is absolutely perfect for Jaco. Close to what you need. Some restaurants that can't be missed are Jerah's for Thai food. Lemon zest is incredible. Extremely talented chef. The pizza shop is the best pizza I have ever had. Communication with manager was pretty rocky when I had to change my credit card for the final payment. I also had to request check-in info which is unusual. The one thing that must be addressed is the keypad lock does not work so a physical key must be used. That becomes a pain when you have 4 different couples wanting to do various things and having to keep track of "who has the key", Overall a good value for large groups. Would definitely stay again on a future trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Penthouse Condo: My hubby and I spent a week long vacation in this wonderful location. Its extremely clean, quiet, and the views are breathe taking. Awakened by the sound of the waves and the view of an amazing sunrise is only one description of such a wonderful experience. Holding hands on the balcony watching the sunset is what we looked forward too each night. Its also within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Truly felt like home here. Property owner: Mike was always available when needed and provided excellent activities for us to participate in during our stay.Recommendations: CostaCat Cruise to Tortuga Island, Hotel Villa Calentas (luxurious spa and dinning), and Viva Hermosa lunch on Jaco Beach. COVID-19 Testing: Laboratorio JACO is only a minute drive from the condo. The cost for a rapid test was $65. Results were received in 2 hours via email. Hope this information is helpful to assist with your traveling experience to Jaco. My hubby and I will definitely be returning.
