As soon as we walked in the door, the floor to ceiling windows across the back showed the most beautiful view of the lake. The lake inlet is wide open and gives great water views while being quiet and private. My favorite part of the house is the backyard. We enjoyed the huge fire pit, hammock, kayaks and just sitting outside playing cards and making smores. The covered back deck is a nice way to enjoy the view with two ceiling fans to keep you cool. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments, spices and dishes. Tons of games and books are available on the living room shelves. We were also able to drive our rented pontoon boat right up to the dock and park it. We had the best family vacation and will definitely stay here when we come back.

The house had a beautiful view of the lake and it was plenty spacious for us 8 adults that stayed there. The owner was great with their communication and got back to me in a timely manner. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Kayaks and Peaceful Relaxation!

There were eight family members including one teenager and the rest adults. The property is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room for everyone and well provisioned. There were a few reviews that said there was only one shower in the main house but that has been changed as both full baths now have showers and there is a third bath with a shower in the back house on the lake. There is also a 1/2 bath in the main house. Stefan was extremely responsive to our one request and was there within 30 minutes. This property is on the South end of Lake Hamilton on a beautiful and peaceful cove away from the hustle and bustle of the main lake but only one mile from a very nice grocery store and other maybe needed supplies.Thanks again Stefan we will definitely be back!Steve and Cathie Gale

Great Getaway Spot Right On The Lake

We had a girls trip here and loved everything about this place! The location was perfect, the beds were comfy, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed, including firewood for the fire pit and the must have makings for s’mores.

Beautiful property.

This property was in a wonderful location. The host was very responsive and helped to make our stay care free. The pictures of the lake view do not do it justice. When you check into this property you will be blown away by the view. The house is well stocked with everything you need. I highly recommend this house.

Wonderful family retreat

Despite bad weather, we had a wonderful time on our trip. The house was spacious and very family friendly. Lovely updated bathrooms were a bonus. Back up generator was a huge relief in the storms. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay in this home. We travel a lot and rent several houses, but none were as well stocked as this one. They had plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, an extra roll of paper towels, and more of the essentials for us. We packed all of those things and brought them with us because that was unexpected, but so nice of them. They also had beach towels on property and plenty of bath towels. Not only was the house nice, but as someone who travels and rents several houses per year, those details make all the difference! My daughter also loved the s’mores and snacks they left out as well. Thank you so much! We loved your beautiful home!

Wonderful Place to Stay

Our family all met here from all over for a birthday and had a wonderful time. Lake views are spectacular from picture windows. House is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Pictures online matched this beautiful home. Firewood and S’mores were even provided for chilly nights at the fire pit. We will definitely return here for more family fun!

Excellent lakehouse holiday stay

This was the best VRBO experience we have ever had! The owner was communicative, and had everything that you could think of available. He had treats and water upon arrival and even a Smores kit ready for the fire pit. Bathrooms and kitchens were well stocked with anything you may need. It was clean and in such a beautiful spot on the lake. Even though we went during the winter, we enjoyed the fire pit, lounging on the deck, and kayaking. I would highly recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway

This home was perfect. It was comfortable, clean, kid friendly and well stocked in every way. The house was beautifully decorated with comfy beds, lots of family games and kid toys. Our kids loved the kayaks and the lake. We enjoyed sitting right by the lake and enjoying the beautiful view. We would definitely rent again.

Lake Hamilton vacation

We had a wonderful time at the beautiful home on the lake! It felt like a breath of fresh air and included all the amenities of home. The house, porch, lawn, dock and so much more were perfect for our family and left us wanting to return. Which we hope to do!!

Great spot on Lake Hamilton

My family enjoyed this house for our family vacation. A great location, clean, everything we needed, and the manager was very responsive when we had an issue we would definitely stay at this again. I highly recommend it for a family or two or three couples.

Wonderful house!

House was wonderful. The backyard was fabulous! We spent most of our time on the back porch or on the patio by the water. The only negative is the water had a lot of water plants floating around right by the house. It was not fun getting in the water to swim. There is a large rock/sandbar that was great to swim out to and the water was clear away from the house.

Hot Springs Trip

We really enjoyed staying in this home. It was very comfortable and the bedroom/bathroom configuration was perfect for our family. The view is outstanding with many seating areas inside and out. The location is convenient to all activities.

Great Place to Stay!

Great house with plenty of room. I knew it from Google satellite and street view, but if you’re planning to launch a boat here, it’s pretty narrow. My boat tires were a little wider than the driveway. Also, the ramp water is pretty shallow - we had to get the back truck tires into the water to launch which I’ve never had to do before. We launched and had a great weekend and pulled it back out. Definitely doable - just a FYI.

Beautiful Lake Property

Great place on Lake Hamilton. Plenty of room, lovely deck, great beds. Very responsive owner. Only odd thing was only one shower in the main house. Not a big deal we made it work, but may not work for some if you have a full house. Would defiantly stay here again.

This house on the lake is amazing in every way. The host thought of every detail to make our trip the best—-from welcome snacks to comfy linens. It is one of the nicest vacation homes we’ve ever stayed in. We truly enjoyed our stay and vacation at Lake Hamilton and really really hope to return someday!

Relaxing and well appointed

The property has a lovely entrance to and view of Lake Hamilton with lots of seating from which to enjoy the views and listen to the many different bird species. Inside, the hosts have provided very thoughtful amenities to make the home comfortable and relaxing, including lots of outdoor towels and cozy soft lap blankets for lounging about staring out the windows. A very pleasant stay.

Get together for a family wedding

8 people (6 adults, 2 children - ages 5yrs & 9mths) from WA, IL and MS, converged on this home for 5 nights. It was exactly right for our needs. The open concept kitchen/dining room/living room was a perfect space to fix a meal and still be apart of all that was going on. The deck was wonderful to hang out on and enjoy the view of the lake with all its wildlife. The kitchen was very well equipped. We made good use of the coffee maker, toaster, Instant Pot, fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, dishwasher, stovetop/oven and microwave. I would recommend bringing your own kitchen knives as the ones with the house weren't as sharp as we'd have liked. The beds were comfortable with good quality sheets. There were plenty of absorbent bath towels & wash clothes. The washer & dryer worked great too. The Boat House with its queen bed, shower bathroom and kitchenette was a wonderful place to get a little quiet. It also had its own deck overhanging the lake and an awesome view. The owner was absolutely fantastic to work with! He was very responsive to all my e-mail questions and worked with us to make our stay a pleasure. Our family had a wonderful time together, the wedding was a huge success and we all agreed that we'd stay at this property again.

Fantastic Home on Lake Hamilton

Beautiful, clean, and well-maintained! This waterfront home has everything you could want and more. The view and water access were amazing. The covered / shaded front porch overlooking the Lake Hamilton was our favorite place to rest and relax. The large modern kitchen and large adjoining living area were perfect for dining and entertaining. All of the beds / mattresses were extremely comfortable. The dockside cabin was a luxurious added bonus. The only thing that caught us by surprise was that the main house only had one (very large) shower. There was a very luxurious deep whirlpool bath in a second bathroom, as well as a second shower in the dockside cabin - no big deal! The house is also perfectly located to give convenient access to central Hot Springs. Our host, Stefan, was incredibly responsive and courteous. We would definitely return to this home for our next visit to Hot Springs - we give it our highest recommendation!
