Piss Poor

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Not clean, unsanitary, no basic products. Raw sewage leaking around the electrical inlet to the house. Flies, rat turds, leaves and racoon poop in the garage. Deck has never been cleaned. Garage has never been clean. Property Manager unresponsive after I contacted him about these issues.If we could have found another place we would have left. I'll never use VRBO or Elolve again!

The house was very nice and in a great location. The ceiling fans were really dirty. Some of the window blinds would not close. There were lack of staple supplies like toilet paper, wash cloths, etc. Regardless of these issues we did have a great stay. ,

Roomy and peaceful

Thankfully the host always responded quickly because we had a few important issues. They were all addressed and resolved. The sun room was lovely and the beds were comfortable.

there needs to be alot i mean alot of TLC to the place a) like the lady said in reviews the beds sqeek bad more than oneb) the deck still has no furniture on it but a 2 chairs and a table that is smaller than a end table and oh i would say maybe 10-20 years old with no finish on themc)deck railing needs a real bad presser wash you got the start of mold coming on it then a coat of paint would help.e) inside was nice but no instructions on the table on what you have to do except on your code email walking the trash a half a block to the trash can was not what you would expect either

Great place!

The house was big, clean, in a great neighborhood, and a good fit for our crew! The only thing was the garage door didn’t come up for us to be able to park inside and the a/c filters in the house needed to be changed. The porch could have used a good wash down before we got there and some better furniture for us to be able to sit outside. The chairs were old and one was broken. Other than those minor things, everything else was great!! Would recommend bringing some bug spray, being on the lake the mosquitos were pretty bad!

Beware of this home-- It is not clean and has roaches!!!

I want to begin by saying I was very excited to rent this house and be by the lake, so for everything to go downhill so quickly was extremely disappointing. The check in for this house was Sunday August 4th and we arrived around 4 pm. I will disclose initially I thought the home was clean, but I came to find out soon it was not. Monday morning, I discovered-- 1. A yard full of dog poop that was not mine ( you get charged for leaving poop) 2. A horribly smelling dumpster that was not only full but had dirty diapers falling out 3. Roaches running from couch to couch and into the kitchen 4. Unsafe doors- the front door locks you out and the back door does not hardly close because people have broken into the property. There is no other choice unless you leave a window or door unlocked. I did not see the roaches until late Monday and Tuesday morning and I called them immediately. My points of contact were Mike and Barry. Mike called me back as well as Barry but after Tuesday I never heard anything else. I contacted VRBO and they contacted the host. The host offered a 20% discount and told me they were aware of the door issue but had not fixed it. I was very disappointed because I do not want to pay for something that is this unclean and they really weren't worried about it to be honest. The check out list is also quite extensive considering how they leave the home. I told them that trash and huge roaches are unacceptable, & they should not rent the home in these conditions.

Size of home was nice but definitely needs landscaping improved to remove dead bushes and trimmed hedges to improve look of house. Also needs patio furniture that can be used on nice outside deck so outside could be enjoyed.

Not enough silverware, dish towels coffee maker went out. Outside chairs on deck very unsafe need replaced. Sink in master bath drains very slow. Shower water pressure in hall bath. They brought us towels and coffee maker hopefully the fixed the other stuff after we left.

4th of July Weekend getaway

The home was very spacious, which allowed for us to not feel like we were on top of one another. Bedrooms were comfortable in size. Very private feel. Easy access to lake Hamilton restaurants and activities. Great deck for entertainment.

Good sized home

House was a little dated, however was a good size for our group. We were disappointed that there were no wash rags and very little amount of towels and hand towels on property. There was no toilet paper on site. For the amount we were charged, (which was prorated too high for the area), this was unacceptable.

Overall Good Value, Clean Place

This was a good value find considering I booked about two weeks prior for Labor Day weekend. House was very spacious and clean. We cooked in the kitchen and used the grill. We had to go to the Harps grocery store which was super close by, very convenient. The property owner promptly texted back, answering my question, which I appreciated. Deck had no furniture besides two chairs and some broken folding chairs. We had to haul up our own chairs to sit on the deck. The lake access was not suitable for swimming, full of green algae and slime. My mom said she found a spot on the sheets in the master bed and washed them before sleeping the first night. We only found four wash cloths in the bathrooms so we had to rewash them after every night.

Summer getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. This place was so close to everything! Loved the privacy of having the house to ourselves. The guys enjoyed the decks overlooking the lake. Such a peaceful environment. We will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful and very peaceful Mr family and I enjoyed our visit..The only problem was that there was only two TV’s and we couldn’t watch anything because none of the channels work or Netflix.. The only way we where able to watch tv is when I used my own information which was a big deal… But overall we had an amazing time…….

We checked in with no issues but once the car was pulled into the garage the door would not close. One side of the door came off the track. After getting it back on, it finally closed 6 inches at a time so we were able to use it the first night. After opening it the next morning, it came off the track for the second time. At this point I had contacted the owner and was hoping it would be fixed since it was Friday and someone could have come to look at the issue. But no one came... The rug in the kitchen area was an easy trip hazard for my 1 year old granddaughter so I was going to move it but had to quickly change plans when there was a LARGE amount of dirt and possibly backing grit underneath the rug. The bathrooms had ample towels and were clean. But the beds in the two smaller bedrooms squeaked with every move.
