Nice cabin with a very private feel to it

Stayed for a week with 3 generations of family. Cabin was great for us. Lots of parking, easy check in, and a nice fish cleaning station.

What a great escape!! Could not have picked a better spot! Cozy wood fireplace, unimpeded view of the lake, well equipped kitchen, quiet and peaceful. Owners touched base to make sure all was good. Great hosts!!

Relaxation by wood fireplace

More rustic than I thought it would be but everything we needed was there. I enjoyed the spaciousness and accessibility to indoor and outdoor amenities.

We had an awesome time fishing, my wife's family is from the area so lots of drop in visiting sitting around the fire and telling stories and enjoying the time we had.

Great place, awesome hosts.

The house is warm and spacious and the location is awesome with a skating pond right out front! The hosts were amazing, usually getting back to us within 10 minutes which was especially helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out!

Location, location, location!

Totally enjoyed our time at this very spacious cabin. Overlooking the marina, with large private yard, excellent for family time! Hosts were incredibly accommodating, easy to access them, answering any of our questions in a timely fashion. Plan to come back next summer!!

Very satisfied with our stay

Everything went so smoothly with the process. The property owner was easy to be in touch with and very helpful. The cabin was very clean and we had everything we needed, beautiful view from the large deck, very private setting surrounded by large trees, nice fire pit area lots of chopped wood. We truly enjoyed our stay...very apparent that the property owners want their clients to have a comfortable, relaxing and care free stay which is what a vacation is all about. I highly recommend this rental cabin.

My wife and I have owned the property for many years and have thoroughly enjoyed the area. We have many great memories, relaxing on the deck, fishing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, quadding, golfing, downhill and cross country skiing, loafing on the lake. It’s an incredible area with so much to offer. We hope our guests are able to experience and enjoy the area as much as we have.

Great marina and lake views. Outdoor fire pit set up on the deck. Quick walk to closest fishing locations. All amenities available a short distance away in Big River. Miles of provincial forest trails to explore. Great fishing in Delaronde and the multiple lakes all a short distance away. Great winter get away location. Downhill skiing close by, ice fishing or just staying cozy at the cabin with a good movie and the fireplace.

Fish cleaning table with running water set up at the cabin. Large area for vehicle parking. Cabin has electric RV plug in for those extra guests. Boat launch ($15/day fee) located in Pickeral Point. Marina access available - call Judy @ 1-306-469-4906. Many free boat launch options located a short distance away. Off the step access to unlimited trails for snowmobiling/quadding in the provincial forest. Walking distance to closest off shore or ice fishing locations. Downhill skiing, golfing and all amenities offered in Big River which is a quick 12 minute drive away.
