Cove 401 Welcome to Forster's Premier Complex
Centrally located to Main Beach and Pebbly Beaches and a short level stroll to Forster’s to shops, restaurants and cafes. This prestigious building has its own gym, inground swimming pool and security entry. This apartment is situated on the 4th floor and has very generous proportions throughout.
The lounge/dining areas open to the wide N/E facing balcony enabling you and the family to enjoy the ocean view. Ocean view from the master bedroom with a spacious en-suite, built in robes and your own TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the main bathroom conveniently situated between them.
Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. Ducted air conditioning provides year round comfort and there is also an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Security entry to the building and a tandem single car space for your use. Entry is via the rear laneway.
A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.
