About the property

Our love of Hawaii has lead us to Maui. We were drawn to Kihei by the relaxed lifestyle, the proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, great diving, snorkeling, and local golf. The beauty of the ocean sunsets in Kihei is not to be missed.

Hale Kamaole is located in South Kihei, across from Kamaole Beach Park III. The complex is situated on seven (7) acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with two swimming pools, a tennis court, two barbecue areas, and a large lawn area perfect for enjoying the stunning sunsets. Our Unit is in Building #6, located on the Wailea side of the complex.

Our home is a NON-SMOKING spacious, top-floor unit affording additional privacy. You will find that our fully furnished home is well appointed and features: two bedrooms, two baths, a loft, a complete kitchen, washer, dryer, a nicely decorated living room, and an outdoor lanai. It will comfortably sleep four adults and two children. The living area allows you to relax in comfort and includes cable with a large flat screen TV, with closed caption capability and DVD player. There is another large flat screen TV in the Master suite.

Cleaning fee is waived for stays longer than 7 days.

Amazing condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Complex is very well maintained, staff is very attentive and ready to help. Complex is family friendly and kids could easily find buddies to play in the inner courtyard. Condo is clean and well stocked with beach equipment and kitchen appliances. Complex is very close to beach( 3 min walk), shops and eateries. Bus stop is nearby if you opted do not rent a car. Communication with owners was easy and in timely manner, they even went beyond and accomodate our early check in, without our request, just because they knew we were in Kihei early in the day

Well Equipped Kihei Condo

The condo was everything we expected. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, appliances worked well. Lots of beach accessories - chairs, towels, masks/snorkels. There was even charcoal for the outdoor BBQs. Staff at front office were very helpful and friendly.

Only negative note was we weren't aware that the condo did not have a phone for local calls.

Hale Kameole 02-2018

Stay was great. Neighbors were quiet. They have an ice chest, beach chairs, beach towels, and some beach toys available for use. That really helped not having to look around for that stuff. Nice layout with a modern look. Ground coffee maker, microwave, plates, utensils, pots, and pans where all good. There are 6 community grills which was also real nice to use.

Two smaller pools that were perfect for a quick dip. Friendly neighbors. The owners sent very detailed and clear instructions and suggestions which was great. Plenty of good food options for all budgets witin walking distance. Check in and out was a breeze. It is directly across the street from Kam 3 beach - 5 min walk which was great for going to the beach or heading down to check out the sunsets. Kam 1 & 2 beaches are right there also. Keawakupu beach is 5 minutes down the road. Makena and Maluaka are 5 minutes further. Best location if you want to be on the Kihei/Wailea part of the island. Kaanapali and Napili are also great beaches and about a 30 min drive depending on traffic/conditions. Will be staying here again on our next trip in 2019. Make sure you hit Costco after leaving the airport. Thanks!

Excellent Accommodations

This condo is wonderful - very clean and organized and provided everything that you may need (i.e. lots of towels, beach gear, tennis racquets, snorkel gear, etc). The kitchen was well stocked (i.e., plates, glasses, etc.). The bedrooms were spacious and bright. The owner was very prompt and helpful in answering our questions and providing ideas on things to do. The other facilities were very well maintained (pool, grounds, BBQ). A great condo!!

Great week at perfect location in Maui!

Had a great stay at the condo! There were 4 of us (2 couples) and the place was perfect. Great layout, perfectly appointed and in a great location!

Walk to great snorkeling, restaurants and shopping. Central Maui location was perfect launching point to explore the island.

Highly recommend it!

Can't wait to return!

We stayed in the Hale Kamaole from December 26th to January 9th and were incredibly pleased with our stay. It comfortably slept 5 adults and our 5 month old baby. Having the loft area was perfect for my SIL and BIL, my husband and I and our son were in the huge bedroom/bathroom upstairs and my FIL was in the bedroom downstairs. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs is very private and the noise from the living room/dining room didn't travel upstairs, which was wonderful when you have a napping baby. Both bedrooms would be large enough to comfortably fit a pack and play.

Loves: -the suggested list of activities and favourite spots, we enjoyed quite a few of them!

-equipment like the chairs, tennis rackets and umbrella are so great to have

-how clean the complex is in general, and the overall cleanliness of the suite was also impressive

-the kitchen is quite well stocked, I especially appreciated the tupperware for picnics and leftovers

-all the fans!

-lots of towels, pillows etc.

-neighbourhood easily walkable

-watching the sunset across the street at Kam 3 was PERFECT!

Kelley and Chuck are very responsive owners, we hope to return!!

Our condo is located at the South end of Kihei, less than a mile from Wailea. The shops at Wailea are 2 miles away. Kamiole III beach is across the street, as well as the boat ramp from where several snorkeling excursions depart. One of the most beautiful beaches in the world is 1/2 mile away from our condo.
