Town house with Stunning Sea Views!!

Relax in our modern stylish townhouse. Take in the endless views of the Bays Crystal Blue Waters & Moonta Jetty all visible from the upstairs living area & the 3 balconies.

Upstairs there is the Kitchen, Lounge & Dining with incredible ocean views . If you love a good sunset view you will be delighted.
Queen size master suite , balcony, wir & Luxury Ensuite enjoy a spa bath while you drink in the ocean views and relax into holiday mode.

Down stairs is a queen bedroom & bunk bedroom with single/double bunk & double trundle . Bathroom, bath, vanity bathroom & small kitchenette , lounge, laundry & secure yard and undercover car parking.

The white soft sand is literally a stones throw away. With Splash Town across the road, playground & the Moonta Jetty particularly handy if you are keen to fish.

Quilts & pillows are provided.
Bed , bath & kitchen linen is available for hire for your convenience. This is an extra charge and will need to be booked separately with the property owner.
No large dogs possible small non shedding dogs with approval from owner please give as much information as possible.
If it’s a relaxing few days away by the beach you won’t be disappointed the photos are a accurate representation. Please give as much information as possible when requesting to book.

Enjoyable stay at Moonta Bay

Great location with lovely water views from the balcony. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Cassie was a great host. Moonta Bay is a very relaxing place to stay.

Amazing Views!

Our first time staying at a holiday let and it didn't disappoint. Loved the personal touches to make it feel like home. A quiet but convenient location with AMAZING VIEWS. Will definitely visit again with the family 😊

Great holiday house

Once again, we had a great time staying in Cassie and Matt's amazing house. It is perfectly prepared for anything you might need. Always clean. The location is so close to the beach, 1min walk to the jetty. The kids loved the fishing and the waterpark.Cassie is an amazing host, so responsive and goes above and beyond to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this house, and will be back again in the future!

Overall, a great house, great location with all the extras

My family and I had an amazing stay here. The location and views were incredible with just a short walk to the beach and Splash Park. The house was immaculately clean with all the extra little touches which helped make the stay comfortable and relaxing. Cassie was great at communicating with me and kept me in touch with all the details regarding check in and our time there. She made us feel very welcomed. I would definitely come back and recommend to my friends and family.

Amazing location and views!

We loved our stay. The views were amazing! Sitting on the either of the balconies you can see the beach and jetty. The location was so convenient. We were able to walk back and forth to the jetty and splash park very easily, only a few minutes. The house was nice and clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. Cassie was a great host, very responsive and friendly. Thanks Cassie, we hope to be back and will recommend your house to our friends! :)

EXCEPTIONAL PLACE

We recently spent a wonderful weekend at this property and just loved it. We loved the feel of this beautiful home as soon as we walked inside, it was clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. This house had everything you needed, so well set up with nice little supply of some pantry items to save unnecessary buying. Well you just needed to purchase your food to eat. We really just loved every bit at this property that made our stay comfortable. On a final note few words of appreciation for our Super Host Cassie who was the easiest to deal with. Cassie is really friendly, helpful and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks again for everything Cassie.
