This apartment is situated on Fernberg Road and close to shops trains, restaurants.
This unit is designated for short term letting and you will not be sharing space with anyone.
Situated in a block of 4 units 2 units are full time tenants and very quiet
No need for a car just walk everywhere including the city.
If you are looking for a large apartment with charm and character gleaming polished floors a nice outdoor deck 2 very large bedrooms .
The property faces north east at the back breezes to die for.
Its air-conditioned situated in a block of 4 units other tenants are very quiet
NO SMOKING UNIT PLEASE
One queen size bed and one Double size bed
