Panoramic views from multiple windows inside this cottage will not disappoint! It is only a 2 minute golf cart ride to ELCO beach. At the end of the street is the big Shipwreck park for the kids. no This is a 1 bedroom cottage plus bunk bed area that sleeps 6 . The add a room has a divider to allow for privacy with a queen pullout. The den also has 1 queen pull out. Cottage is very spacious with the open concept feel.

Maximum occupancy is 6.



Individual renters must be over 25 years of age. This means if the renters are not family travelling with children, every person on the reservation must be over 25. Sherkston Shores reserves the right to refuse entry to guests if this condition is not met.



Bookings are Monday-Friday and Friday to Monday.



Must be over 25 years to drive golf cart with valid drivers license. Copy of driver's license is required.



You bring your own linens/pillows and towels.



No Guests are allowed other than the names listed on the rental agreement.



No Visitors are allowed.



Additional fee for cleaning will be applied when reserving.



2 cars allowed to park on property.
