This place was perfect for our conference at the Gaylord. We had to stay much longer and needed a more cost effective place to stay. It was clean and convenient for Uber to get us where we needed to go. The location was a plus because there were restaurants and grocery stores near by.

Nice basic duplex and great communication from the owner. However, it lacks the small things that make it so much better - just a few changes and it would be 4 stars without question.Only 3 stars for the following reasons:1. no dishwasher - instructions say to wash & put away all dishes. To me this means the cleaner never washes the dishes, only the guests.2. beds are not comfortable - 3 beds with 3 different levels of firmness. All of them have a small divot and need to be replaced. When we asked for a mattress pad for the extra firm mattress the owner immediately said he would replace it that day. Great response time and attitude.3. too much furniture - it is more difficult than necessary to move around4. no instruction book with wifi& laundry information, location of the outside trash cans where we had to take out the trash and list of check out instructions5. Minimal towels and they are the basic inexpensive ones. Trash bags were so tight in the cans that it was difficult to empty the trash.6. Place is hard to find - most of the Lyft drivers could not find us. Not sure how the owner would fix this but it was a problem.7. The area outside the duplex is a bit like a storage location with an RV and several sheds and cars - clean but storage. 8. did NOT like that the 2nd bath did not have a curtain, even with the special frosted glass I felt like the people in the McDonalds drive-thru could see in the window.

Comfortable home.

Birthday weekend

Just a quick visit to celebrate my Great Granddaughter’s birthday. The unit was easily accessed and the kitchen was well stocked. The security lights were annoying as they were outside the bedroom window, also the speaker on the TV buzzed. It is surrounded by good restaurants. We all enjoyed the stay.

Short stay

We went to San Diego to visit my son in military. Big sell on this property was the full kitchen, grill and 2 bedrooms. It has a nice sitting area in the side yard gated. AC in unit. And comfortable furniture, walking distance to mall, great places to eat, and a movie theatre. Mark was easy to get a hold of and very responsive with anything needed during our stay. Would recommend!

San Diego visit

We were here for a family gathering. The location was excellent for our needs. Everything we needed was close by. A little crowded for parking but totally doable. Needs a few more utensils and drinking glasses and cups. But otherwise good. You need to describe the second bed a bit more because no access to bed on either side. It served our needs well so no complaints. Thank you

Pictures are a lie

Stayed in san diego for a week. First started with no answer from management for hours about rental questions. Arrive to the duplex and opening door a smell was in the air. Upon a walk through of the property we were not content as the discrimination on line state much better conditions. The whole house lacks a deep cleaning. Cobwebs and several dead mosquitoes on the windows. Kitchen was not well equipment. Coffee maker was full of maggots as well as the water heater. Master bathroom has mold in the ceiling. Second bedroom bed is seamed to just be a boxspring. The most uncomfortable bed ever. Living room rug has a deap urine smell. No cleaning supplies provided ar all. Since it was spring break we could not find anything else available for our family. I had to go bu

The property was in a very shady neighborhood and was not clean from the outside or inside. It was one of the worst vrbo experiences for our family and we would not be recommending this property to anyone traveling as a family.

The place was okay, but the picture looks nicer than it is. One of the bedrooms has a mattress on the floor, with no frame and you could feel the springs in the mattress. I did not sleep one bit on that mattress. The is only one mirror for getting dressed. It is the medicine cabinet mirror in the bathroom. There were ants all over the place. Take your coffee grounds, only instant coffee was provided. The place is really old and the windows are really dirty and the window blinds were not in good shape. I am giving this review so that the next person will know what they are getting beforehand.

Great place to stay

Overall we were happy to stay, it was super clean. We loved it was very convenient located, close to everything. Only issue for us, no fan in bathroom and back door did not lock. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Owner is very friendly and kind. We recommend to stay in this property.
