Nice location on the island. Easy to get to all parts for sight seeing. Pretty beach and lovely pool system. Plenty of hot tubs and slides in the main pool too! Very nice condo well stocked for everything. Two bathrooms with connecting doors. Close to the elevator and best access to the pool. Balconies in general at this resort are lacking for most rooms. You won’t be sitting outside to eat and enjoy the view. They are too narrow. But we could sit on the chair and/or stand to look out. I’d not hesitate to recommend this place. We had a great time here!

Perfect Spot for a Perfect Vacation

We absolutely loved the condo and the location. We could not have asked for a better place to base ours stay on Kauai. The condo had everything we needed and more. The Waipouli Beach Resort was ideal as it is not too big and has the right blend of amenities.

The property met all expectations, exactly as described in their online materials. Great location with easy access to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, just a short drive from Lihue airport and a quick walk to the beach. H305 was as described. Very clean, comfortable bed and nice view. As noted in instructions, there are a few supplies to get you started, but a market across street for anything you need. There were plenty of pots, pans, and utensils etc. and we cooked in a few times during our week stay. I do wish balcony was just a little bigger, but we made the most of it. After driving and walking around other resorts, this was hands down the best. Our highlight more than anything we did was getting up early each morning and watching the sunrise, absolutely fantastic and worth the stay on the east shore. The best restaurant in the area it turned out was the one at this resort. We had wonderful meals there, excellent service and oceanfront seating. Highly recommend this location if staying on Kauai. The only small issue was internet was down when we got there, but followed instructions to call the service number and they fixed it right away.

Family Kauai Vacation

This is a great condo in a wonderful resort. The kids loved the pool and the waterslides and the Oasis restaurant on the property is superb. The pictures made it look like it was facing the ocean, which it’s not, but there is an ocean view and the beach is a two minute walk from condo to feet in the sand. Great location, close to many restaurants, shops and local coffee. The place is very clean and well maintained. We’d come back again!

Perfect long weekend

This was not your average cheaply built property. Cabinetry and doors were solid. Appliances were high quality. Bed was comfortable and the condo was spotless. Sitting on the balcony and listening to/watching the waves was comforting.

Beautiful property

This condo is perfectly located to visit the entire island. We made road trips to Princeville and Poipu. There are lots of little neighborhood restauraunts nearby, nothing fancy, but good food. The condo was lovely with everything we needed, like beach equipment, fully equipped kitchen, and lots of fluffy towels. There was a great view of the beach from the balcony. One suggestion: it would have been great to have a small stool or bench in the shower. Shaving my legs was challenging! Thank you for sharing your Hawaiian home with us!

Everything was great! The condo was clean and well stocked. The pool was never really crowded - we always were able to find chairs. We had one small issue an when we contacted them they responded quickly and resolved the issue right away. Would definitely book this property again
