The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home! Upon your arrival, youâll enter the recently updated, open-concept kitchen and dining area. Gather your family around the rustic solid wood dining table and enjoy each other's company during dinnertime or family game night. The kitchen and dining areas flow into an airy living room where youâll be able to enjoy fun for the whole family. Great for families, the spacious layout offers room for everyone to spread out or relax together.
On the first floor, youâll find the main living space, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with a primary bedroom accompanied by its own private screened-in porch with a wood stove and smart TV for quiet restful evenings.
The second floor has two bedrooms one with a queen bed, the other a passthrough bedroom with a full bed. There is also a shared full bathroom with tub/shower combination on the second floor. The ground floor offers yet more sleeping accommodations (two twin beds), plus a casual living space with a smart TV, pullout sofa and game table for board games that makes the perfect space for kids and teens.
Outdoors, you will discover a well-manicured garden and deck space for outdoor dining. There is also room for any and all yard games that you bring to the house. The yard is fully fenced as well, for added privacy!
The surrounding area is great for walking and running, and is very dog friendly. Set in a delightful neighborhood, abutting the Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary, this home is the place for rest, renewal and fun! In addition, there are many great restaurants, including The Block & Tackle (under a half-mile away) and the Cshore Kitchen and Bar just across route 6. Take a trip downtown and visit the shops, and enjoy the amazing views from Wellfleet Pier and Mayo beach.
