About Robert F Kibble
Here I am with my 15 year old son, Robert, when he was 14. I live in San Diego and have sole custody of my son, and a young lady from South Africa is my son's caregiver. My daughter, Vanessa, is co-owner with me of a restaurant in Heber City, about 25 minutes from Park City. Her Husband, Ashley, is general manager of the High West Restaurant at Nelson Cottage just up on the other side of the street from the condo. My son loves snow boarding and mountain biking and I like to ski at Deer Valley. My former wife and her husband and my family spend Thanksgiving every year with our daughter in Park City. Robert's brother and sister visit every year to ski with us too.

Why Robert F Kibble chose Old Town
From the above it is clear that with all the family connections with Park City that we would want to visit frequently. Robert is in school in San Diego, CA, and I still work, so we wanted a place in Park City which we could call a second home. Our condo at Rio Grande is ideal for us - perfect location, relaxing and great for snowboarding and skiing access. Since I golf and there are spectacular golf courses, both private but many public, either in or a short distance from Park City, and my son mountain bikes, the summer beckons us too.
What makes this Condo unique
Being in a relaxing, top quality ski town like Park City is a dream come true. All of the amenities of an upscale resort are available to us, and much is just outside the door. Ready access to year round recreational pursuits and access to a sophisticated night life is very appealing. We want to defray the cost of owning a second home like this (would that we could live here year round!), so we seek responsible and conscientious vacationers to share with us the enjoyment of this remarkable apartment.

The place was beautiful and well maintained with all the amenities you would need and some.
The location was awesome! Walk out your door to the ski lift, ski rental, lift tickets and steps to Main Street.
When I come back to Park City I'm staying at the same place.

Fantastic condo and location!
We stayed in this wonderful condo over our Spring Break vacation. The condo is better than described, from the amenities to the furnishings, everything is top notch. The location is the best in PC, as this unit is literally steps away from Town Lift while also being right on Main St for access to all the restaurants in town. A quality ski rental shop is in the building too (with ski valet) which makes things even more convenient. We have stayed in the adjacent building (Lift Lodge) during prior trips and even though that location is similar, Robert's unit and the Rio Grande building are much newer and far superior. Worth the extra rental dollars in our view.
Robert (owner) was fantastic to deal with and (unsolicited) went out of his way for us on multiple occasions. We have used VRBO appx 6 times and I can unequivocally say that Robert by far has been the best owner to deal with and we hope to rent this unit again next year! You cannot go wrong here.

place really can't be beat, walk out the door and you are at rental and ski life and down block is amazing coffee and breakfast! We will be back!!!

Amazing Location. Thirty Steps to the Slopes -- Park Ave at your doorstep!
Amazing location and the property is very new. Great for a family to do things together or for different parts to "do their own thing", yet still be together. No need for a vehicle as you can walk to anywhere within ten minutes. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. This is a great property!
If you're a skier, this is an excellent location. From the Property's front door, it's 35 indoor paces to the Town Lift Plaza, with the Ticket Office, Ski Rental and Lift. If you're not a skier, you're in downtown with all the shops, galleries, restaurants, etc., on Main Street. The Property itself is exactly as described, modern, fully equipped, etc. Our family reunion appreciated the 3BR and 3.5BA arrangement providing great convenience in the morning and evening rush to get ready for skiing or on our return. The Host, Robert, is very helpful and responsive. We hope to visit again.

Located in the Old Town which is a preserved area with an exciting history. Shops, galleries, theatre, restaurants, bars, are all in walking distance.
