Downtown Estes Park holiday lettings

We have just spent 3 very enjoyable nights here. The apartment is spacious and clean. The seating area is very comfortable. Although in the centre of town it is quiet and peaceful. Good parking options and easy to leave the car and walk into town. The kitchen is well stocked, good laundry room, spacious bathroom. Host is easy to communicate with and very helpful. Highly recommended.

The owners were very helpful with both information about the local area and excellent check in instructions. The property was very clean and bigger than it appeared in the photographs. The free parking voucher was very useful. The balcony was great for relaxing at the end of the day watching people and the humming birds. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

This condo is just amazing. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need and we loved our week here. The location couldn't have been better with so many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance - Kind Coffee and Ed's Cantina are worth a visit. The balcony overlooks the riverwalk and is such a lovely place to sit and watch the hummingbirds flying around. One morning, we even saw a herd of deer through the woods on the far side of the river! The sound of the river completely blocks out any traffic noises from the road at the front. We were aware that the bedrooms were at the front of the property when we booked and some people noted that it could be noisy. However, the noise from the road really didn't bother us at all and definitely wouldn't put us off staying here or recommending it to others. There's loads to do in Estes Park if you plan a visit. We went white water rafting on the Colorado River with Rapid Transit Rafting, rock climbing with Kent Mountain Adventure Centre (KMAC) and horse back riding with Sombrero Stables. We also took part in the weekly 5k run that the Estes Running Club hold every Tuesday night @ 5.30 from the Stanley Hotel. This was a lovely event as it brought visitors and locals together and is open to all ages and abilities. When you finish the run, the Stanley Hotel has a complementary dinner for all the participants so you get to chat with the other runners/walkers. If I got the chance, I would definitely stay in this condo - we loved it!
