Anniversary/Graduation Trip

We booked this unit for our 22nd anniversary and daughters high school graduation. Everything was exactly how it was described and we all agreed this was the best place we have stayed. Both of my girls loves the location and having the shuttle to the private beach. We would definitely stay here again!!

Awesome Stay

Spent a week at this condo and absolutely loved it. It was very clean, well stocked and beautiful. The pictures definitely match expectations. Loved the screened porch and the view. Well worth the price. Made a few requests to the owners and they were more than accommodating. The shuttle service to the beach club was always on time. Used it several times a day. The pool area next to this condo was nice. The residents were very friendly and fun to talk to. There are also several options for restaurants and outings that were no more than 15 minutes away, but if you don’t feel like driving anywhere, delivery services were available. We used grub hub a few times. Will definitely use this place again.

Navy Reunion

Very nice condo with a great view, nice furnishings and plenty of extras. Beds are comfortable, extra linens, plenty of bath and beach towels. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. There are books to read, games for kids and adults. We enjoyed the condo and the Lost Key amenities and would definitely recommend.

Spring Break

The unit was perfect. It was big and clean and had everything we needed for a week's stay at the beach. Getting to the beach was tricky if you didn't want to walk. The shuttle wait was long so we found ourselves walking. In all, it was a great trip in this awesome rental. We will definitely come back!

Beachcomber

The condo was very nice and roomy. Check in and out was easy. The master toilet seemed to run a lot. There were only 2 chairs to take to beach 4 were stated in my instructions along with a first aid kid which was not there. The couches could use some updating. Overall we were happy with this condo. Biggest downfall was getting to the beach.

Great Stay

We stayed in the Beachcomber for two weeks in late September and early October 2023. The location is great - we overlooked a golf course and an inter-coastal waterway. We were high enough to enjoy peaceful views. Coffee in the morning was wonderful. The space was … well … spacious. We enjoyed cooking in the unit as well as the many fine restaurants nearby. Pools and Beach Club were welcoming and easily accessible. Rode our bikes to the Club and throughout the neighborhood. The owners were responsive and engaged. We recommend. Will choose again if we return to the area.

Furniture in desperate need of replacement

Don’t get me wrong, this unit was very nice in its lay-out, very roomy. However, the furniture in the living room was a huge problem - cushions are barely cushions any longer because they are so worn out. There is not even 1 comfortable chair to watch TV. We have run into this problem before so I am very careful when I look at photos of units. But unfortunately many photos are outdated so you don’t always have a true sense of the condition of the furniture. The beds were comfortable in each bedroom but if you plan on using the den/3rd bedroom beware that there is no door on that room for privacy.The key situation was very annoying as well. There is only 1 set of keys, pool, gym fob, security gate and the pool key needs to be used to open the gate and then also to get out of the pool gate. When you have several people trying to share 1 set of keys it becomes a huge hassle. Especially the security gate - at times we waited in line for 10-15 minutes to go thru the gate behind other cars just registering because we were not the car that had the security card. That was a real hassle.We would stay on the property again but not in this unit unless there was new furniture.

We understand, however, that comfort can be highly subjective, and we're sorry to hear it did not meet your expectations. - Regarding the key and fob situation, we provide one set per booking to manage security and access effectively. We understand that this can be inconvenient for larger groups, and we appreciate your bringing it to our attention. Your feedback is invaluable as we continuously seek ways to improve the convenience of our property for all guests. - As for the den being used as a third bedroom, we aim to be transparent in our advertising, which is why we do not list the property as a three-bedroom unit due to the lack of a door for privacy in that space. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Beautiful & spacious home, comfortable & well appointed

Condo basically had everything we needed and was comfortable, clean, great views and in a beautiful community, the only issue was getting to the beach (no parking) so you have to wait on shuttle service which doesn't start until 11 am and is extremely slow because there is only one for the whole community and it only fits so many. Community needs more shuttles, golf carts for beach access or a parking lot and bridge over traffic. Condo itself though was top notch, we enjoyed our stay but if your going wanting to spend most of your time on the beach & thinking this is easy access just be prepared to wait. This is the only reason I removed some stars. Really no fault of the condo owners

From the owner: "Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately in October, it is not in season so all amenities are not up to full running capacity. In season the shuttles run more often and start earlier and run later, chair service is every day except Tuesday's, restaurant is open daily and offers specials, and more. We hope you have a chance to visit during the season!"

Amazing Vacation

This was an amazing property, probably one of the best that I ever stayed at! The golf course was a very nice track and challenging! Very quiet neighborhood and some of the friendliest neighbors! Will hope to do this again next year!
