This exquisite house, designed and decorated by a renowned architect to the owners' taste, stands on a spacious plot surrounded by indigenous woodland. The location, design and layout of the house were thought up and selected with the enjoyment of dream holidays in mind. It comprises a spacious living/dining room with fireplace and built-in kitchen. Completing this excellent property with fine decor, there is a infinity swimming pool with deck, sun terrace, parking for several vehicles and underfloor heating. Relaxing modern designer home close to the beach

Rent it! We just returned from 5 days at this beautiful home (with a pool!) situated close to the beach and near the town of Jose Ignacio. Bettina, the property manager, is wonderful and will help you with anything you need during your stay. You can relax in seclusion and then head into town for nightlife, shopping and dining. It is the ideal mix of relaxation, design and comfort. We loved it!

Why they chose this property

Owner lives abroad but comes every year twice to Uruguay and lives in the house for almost 3month and takes good care of it. Home has a very nice mid-century modern feel to it. Very good located in a quiet exclusive pocket area on the ocean side of the main road with sea views and just 100 meters from the beach and 5-10 minutes to Jose Ignacio town.
