Start your day with a family breakfast cooked in a well equipped kitchen, take your pick between different resorts like Deer Valley, Soldier Hollow, Sundance, or Park City, all within a 25 minute drive. But, don't limit yourself to the ski resorts! Check-out any of the nearby state parks like Deer Creek, Jordanelle, or Wasatch Mountain where you can hike, bike, fish and more! Whether your vacation plans involve a day of skiing, mountain biking, or golfing, a stay at the Heber Hideaway is sure to make your vacation exceptional!

THE SPACE
This delightful luxury home will sleep up to 14 people, with 2 in the master bedroom, 8 in one of the four guest bedrooms, and another 4 in the upstairs bedroom (ideal for kids). You will additionally enjoy a stunning kitchen, 3 bathrooms, living room with a fireplace, a 2nd living room downstairs, a washer and dryer, free WIFI, and Smart TV’s in each bedroom with access to your favorite streaming services. Enjoy amazing outdoor living with dining furniture, stone fireplace, grill, and hot tub.

THE KITCHEN
The Kitchen is equipped with beautiful stainless refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery (plates, bowls, cups), cookware, and flatware (forks, knives, spoons). The giant kitchen island also has seating for 4, and there is a dining table with seating for 6.

THE LIVING ROOM
In the inviting open living room with large windows and vaulted ceilings you will find leather furniture, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV.

2ND LIVING ROOM
Downstairs find a relaxing living/entertainment room with posh furniture, and a Ping Pong table.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is located on the main floor and enjoys a king bed, study desk, en-suite bathroom, and a smart TV.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOM
The upstairs bedroom is perfect for kids, it is equipped with 4 single beds, and also has a smart TV. This bedroom will share a bathroom on the main floor with one of the guest bedrooms.

OTHER GUEST BEDROOMS
There are a total of 4 guest bedrooms, 1 on the main floor, and 3 in the basement. Each bedroom is set up with a queen bed, and a smart TV. The main floor bedroom will share a bathroom on the main floor with the upstairs bedroom while the 3 basement bedrooms will share a separate bathroom in the basement.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Breathe in the fresh mountain air on the gazebo covered stone patio with dining furniture and a massive outdoor fireplace (currently not functioning).

PARKING
Guests will be able to park up to 4 regularly sized vehicles, with 2 in the garage, and 2 in the driveway. Additional street parking is also available.

HEBER CITY
The community where this home resides is a well kept community with the majority of its homes being permanent residences, this gives the Heber Hideaway home a peaceful advantage over staying at other homes in the area. It is also a 15 minute drive to Soldier Hollow, 25 minute drive to the world renowned Deer Valley and Park City, and 25 minutes to Sundance Ski Resort. If you're looking to do more than just hit the slopes, Heber's got you covered, you'll find yourself located near multiple state parks including Deer Creek, Jordanelle, and Wasatch Mountain where you can hike, fish, mountain bike, ATV, ride horses, snowmobile and much more!

Refunds or considerations are only possible if problems are reported during your stay, and are not gaurenteed.

CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.

INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.

Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.
