Cosy 2 bedroom apartment just across the road from Little Cove Beach and only a 5 minute walk down to Hastings Street along the beautiful boardwalk.
This holiday rental unit is self contained with covered carport and a small sunny balcony to enjoy the tranquil environment of Little Cove & short stroll to Noosa National Park.
Sleeps 4 guests: the main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom, two singles beds. Both bedrooms have aircon as well as ceiling fans.
The bathroom with shower is also the laundry. There is a washing machine but no dryer.
The lounge has reclining chairs and sofa and a smart tv, there is no aircon in the lounge area but there is a ceiling fan.
This quiet unit also offers free WiFi to our guests.
There is an allocated cover carport but please note that there is a height restriction and 4WD will not fit underneath.
Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents etc. (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00pm.
Please Note:
There is no pool in the complex. The driveway is steep to the units. Stair access only to the apartment.

Location, location, location
Beautifully presented property in a great location. Close to beach, Hastings st and national park for walks. Quite a steep incline to property but worth it.

Location is excellent however older unit needs a little TLC
First time to Noosa
Location is great : quiet and close to beach
We didn’t have a car but if you do, then you need to know that the driveway is very steep and car port is tiny.
Unit balcony offers Ocean glimpses and sound of waves which is lovely. Pluses : location and quiet and very comfy bed. Great to have a washing machine. Minuses: there was an odour in the unit possibly of fish ?? If it had been given a good airing prior to us arriving it would have made the world of difference. I suspect as there is a third party letting agent involved and the owners don’t live there this was the problem. A few minor things would have been really appreciated: location of instructions on oven use / a few items such as Al foil
And loo roll for example. All small but a big difference when you arrive ready to Relax. The unit could do with a refresh. Older style is not a problem however compared to its sibling units it’s a bit tired.
All in all a great spot to appreciate Noosa fro but needs a little TLC

I would like to acknowledge a couple of issues that you have mentioned.
We do advise online that the driveway is steep and only suitable or small cars, I do apologise if this was missed when you booked.
We have not yet had any comments regarding a fish smell however many of our guests do fish while in town so we will investigate further! Unfortunately we cannot ‘air the property’ as it cannot be left unlocked and unsecured.
Noosa Holiday Rentals do manage this unit, this is why key collection was at our office on Hastings Street, just a short 10 minute walk from the accommodation or a 2 min drive (depending on the traffic!)
Please note we do promote on all our listings that a starter pack is provided to get you through the first 24 hours however I have added this information into our conformation emails to remind guest just in case it is missed when booking! Thank you

Great Location
The property was as described, the view was great and we certainly got fit going up and down the very steep driveway.
The furniture was uncomfortable, very cheap bed and the lounge furniture better suited outside, however the well equipped kitchen did make up for some of the downsides.
If it had more comfortable furniture, it would be 10/10
