The Location - This fabulous penthouse is situated directly on Noosa River and offers 180 degrees views due north across sparkling waters. Views and location - what a superb mix, just minutes from Noosa's iconic Hastings Street shops and restaurants as well as the Noosa river precinct of Noosaville and its Gympie Tce restaurants.
The Unit- The penthouse features high ceilings, full air conditioning, 3 bedrooms (1 Queen,1 Double,2 singles, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably.
A spacious private balcony provides the perfect area for entertaining with a large gourmet gas barbecue provided (spare gas bottles on premises) . Aqua Linea features undercover security parking for 1 car, a large north facing swimming pool and Aqua Linea has a sunny north facing pool and a jetty to pick up and alight from a boat. (Please note that no watercrafts are to be moored at the jetty).
This is a top floor penthouse - 3 flights of stairs.
Entertainment includes New 55 inch Smart Sony TV & DvD - log in to Netflix with your own account to watch your favourite shows. Plus Free wifi and Stereo with CD.
There is an over stocked gourmet kitchen including a dishwasher & microwave. Also, full Laundry Facilities.
The property is carpeted throughout, has ceiling fans, flyscreens and a single Lock-up Garage.
Please note this is a non-smoking unit and is located on the third floor and only has stair access.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. ( to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.
