The open concept features light caribbean hues for a tranquil vibe. Two full

bathrooms make getting ready for the beach easy. This condo is 1240 square

feet whereas most 2/2's on the Island are 900 sq feet it's spacious.



Exact bedding is a Queen in Master bedroom, bunk bed in 2nd bedroom with

double sized bed on bottom and single on top and extra single bed to the side,

plus 1 pull out sofa couch in living room & another side couch not a sleeper.



BBQ is allowed off back patio though grill is not provided.



Super duper close to the beach less than 1 block away and not on a busy

street.



Walk to Kelly's Irish Pub, BurgerFi organic burgers, the Island Market a small

min i super, Coral Reef Bar, or Parrot Eyes bar & watersports on the Bay.

Clayton's is less than 1 mile away too!



The. washer and dryer believe it or not do come in very handy. All. we ask is

don't wash towels or linens at the property as we have free linen and towel

One dedicated parking spot included. There is first come, first serve

additional guest parking, as well as FREE parking along gulf blvd on street

less than half a block away.



Condo is all tile with no carpeting, the complex at the pool has a unique 2nd

floor sun deck area. Kitchen is equipped with all you need to make fun family

memories and meals. Plenty of room in living room for family games too.

Up to 2 dogs or Birds are allowed. The pet fee nonrefundable is $75 PER dog or

birds no exceptions. Dog (s) cannot be left alone to bark nor be allowed up on

furniture. Pets found on property without prior notice to us as host will be

evicted without refund.
