Oceanfront, Pool & Hot Tub, Dune Gazebo, Wild Horse Fence steps away 4x4 Bch

Thank you for such a fantastic review! We know that a ten-and-a-half-hour drive is a very long journey, so we are thrilled that your stay at Ten Down was worth every mile. It is so nice to hear that our pre-arrival tips helped make your very first 4x4 experience smooth and stress-free. We are so glad you enjoyed the beautiful horses, the ocean views, and the pool. We hope to welcome you back for another memorable stay!

What else is there to say? :-)

Thank you for your review!! Every time I go in to Ten Down, I am always amazed at the fantastic view of the ocean. It feels like you are right there! I know it is NOT right there since there is the pool in front and then the little boardwalk and then the dunetop gazebo. But somehow, it just feels like you are right there. So glad you love it.. it is a little gem! Hope you will come again!

Isn't this your 8th or 10th year at Ten Down? We are so glad you love it as much as we do! See you next year!! :-)

Thanks Rodney. It is a pleasure to have you and your wife stay for two weeks every year! Ten Down provides the perfect vacation. See you next year!!

Thanks so much! Ten Down is a fantastic home! We're so glad you love it. We love our returning guests!! See you next year!

Ten Down has a true and loyal following. There are MANY repeat guests for that house. You may have put your finger on it with "homey". The kitchen is comfortable for quite a few cooks, with lots of stations and room to work. The living room is cozy but completely assessable from the rest of the open third floor. And the VIEWS!!! I always gasp a little when I go in that house. Thanks so much for sticking with us!

LOL... I will forward this subtle hint to the owners!! lol But just in case, I hope you can live without one!! ;-) The ice machine at the fire hall is about 2 miles south!!

How many years is it now? Five or six? I think the week has your name on it. Ten Down is a keeper!!

We're so happy you stay at Ten Down every year. And SO glad you enjoyed your stay. The arcade game was a surprise!! Plans for next year include deck work on all the levels, and hopefully a NEW level one deck from the house out to the pool. The owners have been trying for three years to get that deck built. Know any contractors that need a job at the beach for a couple of weeks? LOL. I'll put the bug in the ear for the master shower, it is large enough and it is clean, but it's old and tired. I am old and tired as well, I wish someone would retire me!!!! ;-) Hope you guys will come again.

THANKS so much for the great review. Ten Down has a fantastic location with great views of the ocean from the living area on level three. Remote and secluded. You never want to leave!!!

Year SEVEN!! Tried and true is always the way to go! I love the view from that house. It strikes me every time I top the stairs!! HAHA, slipped the ice machine wish in kinda sneakily!! So funny, I will pass it on to the owners.

John, I wish you would have let us know you were having some issue. That's what we are here for.

Thanks for your review. I understand your frustration when things aren't exactly like you would have them if the house belonged to you. As you know, homes here are always being updated and maintained as the elements and usage by guests is very hard on them. I think these owners do a good job of keeping things up. If I remember correctly, we had the level three AC repaired the same day you called. And then the level 2 AC unit had an issue at the end of the week, so we brought the portable units until that unit could be repaired. Thankfully there was never a hot night. :-) We do our best to respond to issues that come up, as they will..... they come up everywhere and all we can do is put in our best effort to have them resolved. "All in all, it was still a great vacation" Those are the words we like to hear.

LOVE those 5 stars!! :-) Thank you! Come and stay again!
