The space

Our house is flooded with natural light and offers ample space. It's perfect for beach lovers and those who adore modern, open living spaces. Here's what you can expect:

Upstairs - Kitchen + Living/Dining:

A fully equipped kitchen with a Lavazza pod coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave, oven, and all necessary utensils and crockery.
A spacious dining table seating 8, with additional bar stools for more guests.

A comfortable living area with plush couches, a TV, and air-conditioning.
Sliding doors open onto a sun-soaked deck, complete with outdoor seating for 10 or more, bench seating, and a sunshade. High-chair also available.

Downstairs - Second Living Area:

A second living area with cozy couches and another TV.
Doors open to a covered deck furnished with outdoor lounge seating and convenient BBQ access.

Bedrooms:

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms:
One with a queen bed, wardrobe, and split-system air conditioning/heating.
Another with a king bed (which can be converted into 2 king singles), wardrobe, and split-system air conditioning/heating.

Downstairs, there are two more bedrooms:
A master bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom, wall-mounted TV, and split-system air conditioning/heating.
A bedroom with a bunk bed (double at the bottom, single on top), an additional single bed, and split-system air conditioning/heating.
Porta-cot also available for use.

Bathrooms:

Three bathrooms in total:
One upstairs with a separate toilet.
One downstairs with a separate powder room/toilet.
An ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom.

Laundry:

A fully equipped laundry downstairs with a washing machine and dryer.
Iron and ironing board provided.

Linen and Bedding:

We've got all your bedding, linen, and bathroom towels covered.

Parking:

Parking available in the driveway plus plenty of convenient on-street parking right in front of the house.
