Spacious and modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage with private yard.

Located in the heart of Halfmoon Bay Welcome Woods, this cottage is just minutes away from some of the most sought-after locations on the coast. The cottage is completely separate from the main house with your own driveway and fenced yard for peace and privacy.
The cottage driveway can hold up to three vehicles and the fenced yard surrounded by trees allows for space to spread out and enjoys the outdoors. The patio, equipped with outdoor seating and a BBQ makes for a wonderful setting to reflect on the day. The flat layout of the property and rancher style cottage is great with those who have difficulties with stairs or rough terrain.

As you enter the spacious rancher there is a mudroom for your convenience equipped with a washer and dryer. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked and looks out into the living/dinning room. You can cook or bake well still enjoying your company! The kitchen includes a fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and of course coffee/tea!

Enjoy a cozy evening chatting by the fire in the large living room or just curled up on the couch watching Netflix. The sofa doubles as a hide-a-bed if you require additional sleeping arrangements.

Two bedrooms, one with a king and en suite bathroom and the other with a queen bed have lots of room to spread out and get a great nights rest! The full bathroom situated between the bedroom has a shower/tub combo.

Everything was wonderful, nice and clean and well equipped. It was very private, the outside space was nice. We would definitely recommend this to friends. The only small oversight, would be the bathroom fans could use a cleaning, but that is so often the case. Thank you so much and thanks for the coffee pods we used until we got coffee for the boding.

This house was perfect for our nature filled stay in the Sunshine Coast.It had everything we needed for our stay including - the fireplace in the evenings was wonderful.

Home away from home

My family and I loved staying here. It was the perfect space for 2 adults and 2 young boys. It was easy to check in using the key pad and the home was very neat and clean. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. The area was quiet and peaceful. The heated bathroom floors were a nice touch.

Clean and super comfortable

This is a great place to stay on the Sunshine Coast in Halfmoon Bay. Renee was very responsive and everything went smoothly from check-in on. We loved the private and separate guest house. Beds are very comfortable. Fireplace was so cozy. Highly recommend this property for a stay.

Modernes Cottage in ruhiger grĂŒner Wohnsiedlung

Wir haben uns im Cottage sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es bietet sehr viel Platz in allen RĂ€umen und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet . Am kleinen ĂŒberdachten Sitzbereich hinter dem Haus gibt es sogar ein kleines gepflegte Blumenbeet :o). Die Betten sind riesig und bequem. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Umgebung mit Wanderwegen und dem Meer.

Home away from home

We had a short weekend stay here but it was so convenient with all the amenities and comforts of home. The suite was very spacious and clean - even bigger than it appeared in the pictures. The host was great and very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend!

Great stay on the Sunshine Coast!

Everything was as advertised. The guest house is nicely laid out, quiet, and the private yard is great for kids! It’s in a quiet neighborhood and there is a school and park nearby, both with nice playgrounds and space to run around.
