1 Veronica Court offers you access to two of the most iconic beaches Port Stephens has to offer. Enjoy this beautifully staged and fully renovated unit so close to the water.
The unit has an open plan living/ dining area with air conditioning that offers the perfect environment to wind down and relax after a day at the beach and on the dunes. It is filled with light and equipped with a smart TV.
The kitchen provides full cooking facilities and a dishwasher. If cooking at home is not what you're after it is also only a short stroll to Wests Diggers Club, restaurants, cafes and many other facilities including Little Beach Boathouse, which has a stunning restaurant and bar right on the water - favourite place for the locals to watch the spectacular sunsets.
The main bedroom is a great size room with a queen-size bed, a built-in robe, ceiling fan and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two king single beds, a ceiling fan and built in robe. The bathroom is spacious with a bath, shower, toilet and vanity. There is an internal laundry with a washing machine and the unit provides a single lock-up garage, so park the car and walk everywhere!

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
