Great stay!

This unit was a perfect get away for my family of 5. The trundle bed was perfect in that each kid had a bed and nobody had to share. It was conveniently located to the beach, pool and tennis courts. We enjoyed being backed up to the forest. The only thing that we didn't like was the hours of the pool not opening until 9 and closing at dusk which is earlier than we would have liked, but I understand that it's a community pool and not within the owners control.

Perfect 30A Vacation

We loved this rental so much! It was perfect for our family. We had enough space and it was a great location for everything we wanted to do while at the beach. I would 100% stay here again!

Best stay ever!

My family stayed the week of the 4th. The location was wonderful with a short walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed the tennis courts. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed for the week. The highlight was fireworks on the beach the night of the 4th. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our quick vacation in Seagrove. The condo was in a good location to get to the beach and and to the other towns close by. Master bed was very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our long weekend.

Great location

We had a wonderful 4 day stay with our children and grandchildren. We loved the location. It was quiet, yet steps to the pool and tennis courts, and a short walk to the beach and several shops and restaurants. There was a nice nature trail in the back. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable.

Amazing place amazing property

Wonderful location, wonderful communication with the property owner. Basically we could walk to the beach in about three minutes, also to several shops and eateries. I am certain we will return to this little secret hideaway. I would highly recommend booking at this place!

Must stay!

This is a beautiful condo. It’s extremely convenient to food, shopping and most important, the beach! Everything was walkable. It’s also very close to the community pool where we spent a full day at and it wasn’t crowded at all! The host is extremely sweet and helpful. I will definitely be staying again!

We loved our stay! Amy is a wonderful hostess. She was very responsive with any questions or issues we had, and it was obvious she wanted us to have a wonderful trip. She texted right away upon booking and stayed in contact prior to the trip starting with suggestions of things to do. She sent a message the day of and even tried to get us an early check in because we were close to arriving, but the unit was still being cleaned. This was not a big deal to us, because we had to shop for groceries, but I appreciated her checking! The beach was a short walk from the house. With the heat, it didn’t necessarily seem that short, but it was! lol. The pool there was wonderful for cooling off after the beach walk. My four kids enjoyed the pool multiple times daily. We miss the area and would definitely come again!

Spring break 23

The property is in a great location. Two pools, tennis courts, nature trail, and pond with turtles all within walking distance. The beach is a close 5 min walk. The townhouse is just the right amount of space and great water pressure in the shower. Bring your own books and games and you will have a great time.

Beach vibes

Lovely clean beach themed townhome perfectly located just a short walk to beautiful endless white sand beaches, 15 minute bike ride to Seaside, and backing onto a quiet nature trail. Screened in upper porch was a great spot to enjoy morning coffee and evening drinks! Clean and comfortable, great communication with the owner and prompt assistance when we needed it. Beautiful area!

Very pleased!

We had a great time here as a family of 6. Very clean and spacious. Loved the location to beach access. Quiet allotment. Comfy beds. Plenty of towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Only thing I didnt like was the grill was an old one that needs to be thrown out but ither than that it was a fantastic time! Would go back again!

Wonderful Girls Trip

Loved sitting on the back porch every morning while drinking coffee and watching the squirrels. The master bed was so comfortable. Super nice owner!! Many access points to beach within a few miles. We decided to try a different beach area each day we were there. Grayton State Park was our favorite!! Old Florida Fish House was close by as well as Surfing Deer. Both were excellent restaurants.

Great location, older renovated townhome

The communication with the owner was fantastic. I loved the upstairs balcony looking out over the forest and there was a fantastic nature trail right behind us! I didn't analyze the square footage ahead so that's on me but the space was much tighter than expected. The stairs are very steep and not ideal for small children or carrying a baby up and down. My son loved the room decorated for kids with the bunk beds and shark pillow:) The property is obviously old but renovated, mostly... The upstairs bath (only full bath) is not renovated and very unappealing and also so small that's it's almost impossible to get kids bathed. I guess as expensive as the area is these days, you'd consider this a budget stay. The location is wonderful as you're able to walk to the beach and it's right off of 30-A. The nature trail was my favorite part, and the host was great.

Good location - Unit needs some updates

The location of the property is really convenient. It's a close walk to the public access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Cassine Gardens is a really pretty and quiet area. The pool was great to have as an option. The unit was disappointing. It's old, which would be ok, but it really needs some love. The furniture is pretty worn out. The couch and loveseat were especially dirty and creaked every time you sat on them. There is so much furniture in the kitchen/dining area, it's hard to move around. The outdoor patio/deck areas were unkept and really unusable unless we wanted to spend time cleaning them and setting them up for use. Smaller items that need to be replaced/fixed would include: - the kitchen pans - scratched and have no Teflon left - everything sticks - shower curtain - dirty - comforter on king bed - stained - towel rack in shower is broken - town rack in upstairs bath is falling off the wall - mirror in master bedroom is falling apart Overall, we just didn't feel comfortable in the space. It's dark and it could really use a deep cleaning.

Great Fall Getaway

The property had everything we needed, was clean, and offered a convenient walk to the beach, restaurants, bike rentals, etc. The nearby woods and nature trail were an unexpected bonus.
