F3 apartment of 60 sqm, located on the first floor of a house in the village center in a semi-pedestrian street and therefore quiet Mont Dore.
The apartment is composed of 2 rooms, equipped for one of a bed of 140 cm + bed-drawer in 90 cm, with annexed dressing, for the other of 2 bunk beds, cooks separated very equipped, stay with a sofa bed 140, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet.
The house is ideally located on the Place de la Republique, close to shops and restaurants, 100m from the thermal baths.
In a family atmosphere, warm and lively, this large mountain village offers, at the foot of the Puy de Sancy, a multitude of activities to practice without moderation in winter as in summer! Tree climbing, summer tobogganing, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, cross-country skiing and alpine skiing thanks to 42 km of slopes and even more thanks to the link with superbesse, snowshoes, dog sled ... Come and enjoy Mont-Dore and its surroundings!

L'emplacement est parfait... au coeur du mont dore, a quelques mĂštres d'une superette, boulangerie et de la rue principale. Vous avez la possibilitĂ© de vous garer sur un parking gratuit Ă  cĂŽtĂ© et de bĂ©nĂ©ficier de navettes pour vous emmener sur les pistes a quelques km de lĂ . La proprietaire est aux petits soins puisqu’elle nous a appelĂ©s avant notre arrivĂ©e pour savoir si on avait des demandes particuliĂšres... je pense notamment a la luge mise a disposition.

idéal pour passer un séjour trÚs calme

La location est bien située et correspond bien à la description. En plein centre ville, trÚs calme et d'accÚs facile. Une fois garé, des navettes gratuites assurent la liaison jusqu'au bas du Sancy. La propriétaire est super gentille et vient en aide facilement en cas de besoin et l'appartement est bien équipé.

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons découvert la station du Mont Dore en famille. Un grand merci à notre hÎte qui a été trÚs arrangeante vis à vis de notre organisation, son amabilité sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Tout Ă  pied au coeur du Mont Dore.

Appartement simple, fonctionnel et pratique, trĂšs au calme. PropretĂ© OK. Casier Ă  ski en bas de l'appart donc pas de chaussures dans la maison, dressing dans la chambre double, donc pas de vĂȘtements de ski qui trainent ! Situation gĂ©ographique Top (nous n'avons pas pris la voiture de la semaine) Ă  30 mĂštres des commerces et d'une des rues principales (avec plein de restaurants) et d'une jolie place ensoleillĂ©e pour l'apĂ©ritif du midi. Les commerçants de la station ont tous un contact client extra ! Navette gratuite pour le Sancy Ă  100 mĂštres, montĂ© en 10mn, donc trĂšs facile avec les enfants, pas de marche trop longue avec chaussures de ski pour les enfants, impec! En rĂ©sumĂ©, appartement simple, mais super bien placĂ© et trĂšs tranquille avec un trĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ© prix. Super pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, mais faisable sans problĂšme pour 6 avec l'utilisation du canapĂ© lit du salon.
