Enjoy the Okanagan lifestyle in our new ground-level suite in the Lower Mission. Sleep comfortably on a new king bed and relax in our family-friendly neighborhood. We are within a short walk to several restaurants, a grocery store and a brewery. We are close to two beaches and are only 15-min drive from downtown Kelowna and within a 5-min drive from world class wineries.

This suite is within our home and complies with local bylaws (short-term rentals).

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood that's about a 10 minute drive to downtown. The space was very clean and spacious, and our hosts were great!

Perfect little studio for our needs. Only thing missing was a bar sink to wash dishes if staying longer. I’d recommend 100% if you don’t need anything other than a place to sleep and a wonderful shower. Not to stay in and watch a show unless you like sitting in bed. Extremely clean little basement space.

Room was clean. Towels and toilet paper were soft. The bed was comfortable. The outside noise was good (off a busy street)so the little basement suite was a couple of streets from a busier street. Quiet neighbourhood. The city was easy to get around. Close to beaches. We drove to the downtown area, lovely park downtown . Other parks and beaches close by. Good restaurants and grocery stores. If you bike it is a bike friendly city. Tea bags and coffee dishes glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, silverware, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, a/c. Black out curtains. Loved our stay. Thank you P&G

Perfect room for the busy traveller

Great space and nice room for being a busy guest with daily activities and being in and out during the days. A cool perfect place to rest your head at night coming in from the hot weather. Would definitely consider booking again! Great location.

Quiet Hotel Like Setting

The property was as advertised. Bed is comfortable, about 10 minute drive to downtown Kelowna. Sitting area outside is nice and peaceful as very quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again

Bike rides and beaches

Very nice suite. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Good communication with our host. She recommended some great bike rides which we enjoyed thoroughly. Highly recommend this property.
