Kings Crown 201B is an ultra-modern 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo located in the newly developed Kings Crown community—only steps from Park City Mountain Resort and 5 minutes from Main Street. Ideal for guests who want the privacy of a residence with resort-style amenities, this retreat offers ski lockers, a fitness center, and multiple outdoor lounge areas. Gather with friends around the community firepit or take in mountain views from the roof-top hot tub. Guests will love returning to a comfortable sanctuary with a cozy fireplace and private hot tub.

This stunning condo blends contemporary design with the charm of a quaint alpine lodge, where walls of glass frame breathtaking mountain views. A separate bathroom in the hallway, alongside a private washer and dryer hidden away in the closet, lead to the 2 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. this condo is its sizeable west-facing balcony, where guests can soak in panoramic mountain vistas from the comfort of a private hot tub while also overlooking the street below.

On-site parking makes it easy to explore nearby attractions, including world-class skiing at Deer Valley Resort, boating along the pristine waters of Lake Jordanelle, and playing 18 holes at the local golf courses. Also, guests can hop on the free city bus.

Beautiful Condo in a great location. Very comfortable. Property manager was communicative and helpful when the building had construction and we had to relocate our car.Easy walk to town and to the base of mountain (the ski in/out trail was closed due to conditions). Kids loved the game room and heated pool!

Great park city condo

My family of 4 had a great experience. This condo is located very close to the base of park city mountain (bottom of payday lift) so we could be on the mountain in minutes. It is also walkable to Main Street. The condo has a great private hot tub, beautiful decor, sizable and well stocked kitchen, and comfortable sleeping. We also used the gym multiple times, which was really convenient. I would definitely recommend!
