Tucked away in the beautiful Fox Farm area, this tri-level Big Bear gem is full of wow-factor! ✹ With stunning craftsmanship, eye-catching beamed ceilings, and a splash of modern flair, it's the kind of place that makes you say “ahhh” the moment you walk in. Perfectly positioned near shopping, Bear Mountain Ski Resort, the golf course, and the zoo—and just a quick drive to the Village, lake, Alpine Slide, Snow Play, and more—fun is always right around the corner. Built for family gatherings, laughter, and unforgettable mountain memories!

LIVING SPACE - Step into this expansive 2000+ sq ft home, where comfort and style blend seamlessly. The spacious living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, making it the perfect place to unwind and watch TV. Ceiling fans ensure a cool, breezy atmosphere, while the beautiful gas and wood-burning fireplaces add warmth and ambiance. The home also features a dining table for meals and gatherings, along with convenient bar seating for casual dining or conversation, creating a versatile space for all your needs.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Upstairs master suite has a California king bed, fireplace, balcony, TV, and bathroom. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, queen/full bunkbed, and TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen/full bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove/oven, stainless steel double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table! Smart TVs with Roku, and streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games and card games. Relax in the indoor hot tub or near the cozy gas or wood burning fireplaces. Laundry room with washer only (no dryer).

OUTDOORS - Front and back deck with gas barbecue and fenced yard.

our stay overall was good but we we were disappointed with the condition of the cabin. we had issues with the master bedroom light not working, a tear in the wicker daybed that made it unable to be used, the dishwasher backed up and overflowed onto the countertop which made it unusable. the double door leading to the backyard also didn't lock. these are issues that definitely had a negative impact on our stay but that said the location was great and we were still able to make the most of our time there. i would still consider booking through cool cabins again in the future but would NOT stay at avalon retreat again
