This one-level home offers a simple, comfortable layout with everything conveniently located on a single floor, making it a great option for families and small groups looking for an easy, relaxing getaway.

The space is designed for a stress-free stay, with cozy living areas, a functional kitchen, and room to unwind together. The lower level includes approximately 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a kitchen, providing a convenient setup for guests who want additional space while staying at our larger lakefront property.

Step outside and enjoy Campau Lake access, outdoor seating, and open space to relax. Spend your days enjoying the water, fishing, or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings. In the evening, unwind together in the calm, natural setting of the lake.

The property is conveniently located about 20 minutes from Grand Rapids, giving you easy access to local dining, small shops, entertainment, and seasonal activities while still providing the privacy and peaceful atmosphere of a lakeside retreat.

The home has multiple levels, which may be rented separately. Each level is fully isolated, similar to separate units, and there is no shared indoor access between guest spaces.

By completing this reservation, guests agree to comply with all house rules and booking terms
A rental agreement may be required prior to arrival through our secure guest portal (powered by Hostaway)
Failure to complete required pre-arrival steps may impact check-in access. All bookings during peak season that include a weekend, holiday, multi house booking or reservation modifications are nonrefundable. All dual unit properties require booking both side of the unit during peak season.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property after 9:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval
