Beautiful, Comfortable, and Updated! This Corner, Creekside Townhouse is just a few minutes up the hill from the Gondola, Creekside Market, and shops. This cozy one-bedroom home has a very comfortable floor plan, making it a wonderful getaway for couples, families, and friends. Includes free underground parking plus visitor stalls directly in front of the townhouse. Adjacent to the unit entrance is a separate (and private) heated bike and ski storage room with a wall mounted steady rack. This room also houses the laundry.

THE SPACE:

The charming one level, open plan layout has large windows that provide ample natural light with a beautiful, forested outlook. The living room has a rustic wood-burning fireplace, comfortable stylish décor, brand new Queen Sofa bed (sleeps 2) and open plan to accommodate your group or family all together. After a day on the mountain, relax in the living room with the fire on, as you enjoy the peaceful location. Large screen 4K smart TV with cable and streaming services provided. The full kitchen has granite countertops with a breakfast bar, stainless-steel appliances and is fully furnished with everything you need to cook. There is coffee, tea and a selection of non-perishable food in the cupboards, please help yourself.

Very comfortable spot, good location

The unit is roughly 400-500 meters from the Creekside gondola. To reach the lift you need to walk along a road down a fairly steep hill. Quite a few people walk that no problem. My boots are not well suited to that and my skis are kind of heavy (and I am over 60) so that walk is a little too treacherous for me. Alternatively, we loaded the car and parked in the free underground day lots - a 2 minute drive (literally). Do be sure to put the parking pass on your car in a very noticeable way. I neglected to that the first night and they towed my car from the parking lot. A bit harsh, but that's Whistler.The unit itself is comfortable and well appointed. Importantly the bedding is excellent and the kitchen is 100% useable. The property manager seems very nice and responds quickly although we had a few small loose ends.I would not hesitate to stay here, keeping in my the hill between you and the lift.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cornner unit. Just a short walk to Creekside Gondala. The fire was brilliant and the kitchen facilities were excellent. This unit would be awesome in summer and was a wonderful winter wonderland for us. Would highly recommend. Also Bob was great

Cozy, Private and Convenient

The property was easy to find, and the check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location despite not being directly in the village was fantastic. Very close to the Creekside mall/complex so any and all additional shopping needs can be met quickly, and a short drive to the village and other "hot spots" around the whistler area. The building and surround property was well kept, and clean as well as the unit itself. It was surprisingly roomy, and felt secluded, despite being an apartment, thanks to the added privacy of the surrounding tree cover. So while your balcony faces the other buildings, there's some great distance, shade and trees to separate you. Lots of additional towels, linens and cooking utensils were available as well which is always appreciated. We never heard any noise from any of the other units which is always a concern renting a condo, even though we were there on one of the busiest weekends in the summer! Check out was just as simple and easy as when we arrived. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Whistler that's private, convenient and central to all the other adventures Whistler has to offer!

A perfect little ski condo

We really liked the condo. It was in a good location, I like Creekside. Really nice having a wood fireplace. The hill is a slog but not the end of the world. It was sparse on dishes so we were constantly washing bowls etc. I'd certainly stay there again.

Close to necessites, quiet til snowplows arrive

Good location, with parking. Clean, enough kitchen equipment, even it's First floor, still has about 8 steps to enter building. Correct building, a bit difficult to identify in the dark on first arrival.

This unit was perfect for our needs and well stocked with all the things you might need for a dinner in. Beds were comfortable (pull out couch not bad!). I would stay here again. The bathroom could use an upgrade but was ok. The washer/dryer is an all in one and we could not figure out how to work it. Instructions in the unit would be a good idea.

Fantastic Stay at Cozy Creekside Unit!

The property is lovely, well appointed, and the kitchen even included condiments and kitchen staples which was such a nice touch when you’re travelling. The location at Creekside was unbelievably convenient and we would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and comfy

This is a nice older unit but updated and with all one needs including a few condiments in the kitchen. It is uphill from the gondola but there is free parking in the Creekside parkade at the bottom of the hill. We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy, comfy and quiet unit.

Nice space, close to lifts

Property owner was very helpful and quick with answers to our questions. The unit was clean and cozy. Everything worked well. The fold out bed is fine for two who don’t mind sleeping close. My daughter chose to use her sleeping pad versus sleeping with her Aunt. The unit is close to the Creekside lift, but it’s a climb up steep hill at the end of the day. We found easy parking in the free garage at the base, and our 4Runner with a Yakima box on top fit just fine.

Great stay

Great spot to stay. Little tight for 4 adults but it worked. Kitchen and BBQ worked great to make some meals. Close and easy walk to gondola, walk back at the end of the day is completely uphill which should be noted so not the most fun trek back, but short enough that it was doable.

Powderview villa was excellent accommodation. Perfectly clean and well equipped. Any issues we had were dealt with swiftly. The location is excellent, but must admit the walk up the hill after a hard day on the slopes was very challenging.. We would definitely return.

Nice stay!

Powder unit 3 is a very nice and clean apartment. It is exactly like the photos we have seen in the website. It is about 6 to 8 minutes of walk from the creekside village and please note (if you are not driving) there's a slight incline walk up to the apartment building from the main street. Parking is free. The bedroom is nice and cozy with a wardrobe and the bed is comfortable. The living area has a fireplace and an armchair and a sofa bed. TV with Netflix helps during the 2 days when we were snowed in. The kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. I like the dining area which is at a corner/recess area with a view of tthe back garden. The whole apartment is heated even in the toilet. It is so warm and nice. It's very quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Please be honest about the bike storage. It only holds 2 bikes … No air conditioning and can’t open any windows because all the screens are damaged or have no screens Sofa had a stain /rips The place smelled when we entered

Convenient and Quiet Stay

Stayed with family of two young children to visit Whistler and surrounding area. The condo was the perfect size for us and was convenient being a 5 min walk to Creekside market. Nice and quiet at night. Appreciated the laundry as well. We did stay during a heat wave and the condo does not have air conditioning. There are two fans in the unit, which helped a bit, but the only windows that open are the patio door, the bedroom and a small window in the living room. Becuse of the renos being done on the patio at the time, we were unable to open the patio door, so it made cooling the unit at night limited. That all said, it was a great spot for our family for the price point.

Relaxing time away

We found the cozy condo well equipped and nicely updated. We were disappointed that the deck was being remodelled as we were hoping to enjoy morning coffee outside. Great market a walk away.

Balcony Being Revuikt

The place was nice. Unfortunately the patio deck was being rebuilt during our stay. Certainly not the workers fault, but a lot of hammering a sawing from am to pm.
