We stayed 6 nights during Crankworx 2026. Provided parking garage and location were biggest reasons for choosing this unit. Location was convenient to Village Stroll, grocery store and a KFC, along with other nearby restaurants. Balcony was tiny with A/C unit taking up space, but 2 can sit snuggly. It overlooks parking lot, has good view of mountains and was out of rain on the chilly wet days. Good for people watching, but also plenty of car alarms sounding off. Friday & Saturday night there were tons of high school kids on the Stroll and around 1am each morning they were shouting loudly that woke us up. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was equipped with basics to cook, but we just used the microwave, toaster and bowls for our breakfast. Too many assortments of coffee makers in my opinion.Everything worked in bathroom. My one suggestion would be to add some type of hand-hold for stepping in and out of tub for shower, as it got quite slippery under foot, and an over-the-showerhead organizer for shampoo bottles and bar soap when not using the provided dispenser soaps. One other thing needed is a dust pan. There is a small broom in closet but no pan to pick up with. All in all this was a nice place to stay. We used it mainly for resting as we were out all day when weather was good.
