The combination of peace and quiet and proximity are what Smith is all about.
The combination of peace and quiet and proximity are what Smith is all about. Only a short stroll to the secret lagoons and rock pools of north Lorne with the iconic Swing Bridge only a 10 minute walk - a trip best taken via the stunning ocean walk.
Recently renovated and restored to recapture its former glory, the home is every bit modern comfort as it is classic beach weatherboard.
Set across a single level, the home features a delightful open-plan living area capturing lovely ocean views. The generous galley kitchen spans the rear wall overlooking dining, lounge and deck. Polished timber floors and modern furnishings create a crisp unpretentious feel.
Flanking the main living area are two spacious bedrooms and generous main bathroom/laundry.
Other features include smart TV, wood fire, ample off street parking, grassed rear yard and gas bbq.
Strict No Party Policy (schoolies, hens, bucks etc)
Forced move in days may apply over peak times. See terms and conditions

Firewood is only supplied from May to October.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
We love professionally managing holiday homes and guest experiences and look forward to welcoming you to our backyard.
