Looking for a peaceful mountain getaway? G's Lakeview Cabin is the perfect solution. With stunning lake and mountain views, you'll be in awe of the natural beauty throughout your stay.

This home features an open concept main floor, with plenty of room for the whole family. There is 3 bedrooms outfitted with comfortable queen beds, and the upstairs loft is setup perfectly with 5 single beds and a nice big TV for all your entertainment needs.

We also have a brand new hot tub!

You are a short walk from the Tilley public beach!

Please note firewood is not included but there is plenty for sale at the town store.

All around spectacular!

Beautiful family getaway! We saw lots of wildlife and caught bass and pike minnow in the lake. The lake temperature is like a pool! Views were breath taking and weather was great. Nice little grocery and liquor store about 5 minutes away. Beds were super comfortable and the house came equipped with everything we could possibly need. Mitch was very quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend this beautiful house for your next vacation!

Lovely weekend away

The view from the hot tub and living room was exceptional. The open concept was not ideal because the kids couldn’t go to sleep before the adults. The communication with the host was exemplary. The left over condiments in the fridge and cupboard came in handy. Canal Flats doesn’t offer much in the way of trails, stores, or activities- you have to drive to get to anything.

Great stay!

The cabin and views are beautiful! Quiet neighbourhood in the winter was nice. Family of 7 stayed there and it had everything we needed with lots of space. Great place to stay!

Amazing view!

Thank you Mitch! The property was amazing and the location was convenient with the beach down the road. Very well equipped and lots of space. A suggestion would be to have the grass mown. It would show off the property more for first impressions!

Family vacation

The rustic cabin was as advertised and so much more. It was spacious enough for 8 adults to spread out and be comfortable. The scenery is spectacular through the huge front windows. We made very good use of the indoor space which was equipped with everything you could want for cooking and entertaining. The outdoor space was fantastic and we made good use of the deck and patio. Communication with the owner was easy. All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

Family time

Place and location are beautiful. Such an all around wonderful vacation. The closeness to the beach was perfect for the kids to walk down to, and incredible for a morning dip. Just note that if you drive to the beach they charge $5/person ($15 max/vehicle). We loaded up the van with floaties, coolers, towels, etc and 1 person would drive while everyone else enjoyed the walk. That way it was only $5. The owners were just the best as for communication, prompt replies, answers for any questions that came up before and during our stay. The outdoor sitting area on the upper deck was the loveliest view, was covered, private, and warmly lit with string lights and plenty of seating. We brought our 2 dogs and they loved it as well. Everything you could need is there and well organized. Will definitely go back!

Beautiful property at the perfect location

We had a family of 6 adults and 5 children ranging from age 9 to 16 and this house was well equipped and set up so thoughtfully with lots of games, hot tub and easy access to the beach. Had an awesome stay!!

Birthday Weekend

My husband and i stayed for a long weekend over Easter and had a fabulous time. From morning coffees in the spacious hot tub to sunny afternoon wine in the warm and comfy great room to dinners made in the well appointed and organized kitchen - it was so relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and small herds of deer and sheep passed through on the streets. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property Comes As-Advertised

We had an amazing stay at this property. The home comes exactly as advertised, well-stocked, well-cleaned and prepared for your arrival. A great location close to the lake. Communication with the host was excellent. The house is huge and could easily do a 2-family getaway. Highly recommended; would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful New Years getaway

The picture on VRBO does not do the view justice, it’s beautiful! We all miss waking up to it. The cabin is is perfectly set up for a family including our dog, I think he misses it too. Thank u for sharing it with us, Mitch. I would definitely book again.

Happy Thanksgiving at Canal Flats

The cabin is big, terrific views, comfy beds, and the kitchen has every utensil you’ll ever need. The place is nice and clean but it is dog friendly, so if you have dog allergies this might not be the place for you since dog dander sticks around. The water access is very close and the lake is gorgeous. There is a full grocery store in town if you forgot something. Also, it is so wonderfully quiet in the fall - we slept like babies! Thank you!!

Fabulous location for a family vacation

The house had everything you could possibly need, and the owners were very helpful. Lots to do at the home, but also close to lots of interesting places to explore. We hope to be back soon!

Overall great Cabin.

This cabin was perfect!! from location to the lake, beautiful view to the kitchen that had everything and more. It was super clean and even left us a special gift for staying. The one think we were certain about was the cabin had no A/C (specially in high 30 weather) but it was so sheltered from the sun, that is felt like there was A/C. Look forward to staying there next year.

This property and neighbourhood are a little slice of heaven. Incredible views, very clean and well stocked. Convenient access to the Tilley Memorial park and boat launch. When you get AC you might not get rid of us!

Great House!!

Great location and great house with lots of room and extremely well stocked. Upstairs kids loft with Pac Man game and TV was great for the kids. A short walk to the beach and hot tub was great at night.

This home is a true mountain cabin, with a chalet type feel. The living room features A frame design with beautiful high windows giving lake views even from the loft above. A beautiful WOOD BURNING fireplace will create the cozy atmosphere you are looking for in the mountains.

The unique loft above the living room has 5 single beds, perfect for the whole family.

The views don't end there, the kitchen/dining area has large windows, and the covered deck area is the perfect place to watch the sunset over the mountains in the West.

There is a dual monitor setup if you need to do some work while you're away.
